I like that this accommodation is cheap but the room is spacious.

The people in the lobby are not too friendly.

I love the comfy bed… Got a good night sleep for 2 tiring day. My needs were very well attended by the staff. The proximity to the venue where i need to go is also a plus to Jemz and easy access to public transportation. Yes they also have parking area inside. I love the place!!!

I won’t ask for more since I prefer to stay in a comfortable hotel with clean bathroom, floors and friendly/accommodating like Jemz with an affordable cost.

The location is good. Accessible to food and groceries store. Also the staff is very accommodating. They deliver our demands swiftly. And its very affordable.

The owner and the staff-- they're very accommodating. Kudos for the smooth transaction. The transient location was easy to find. The room is clean. Plus points for the wifi connection.

1)Caution for new drivers--The road going to the parking lot is a bit narrow especially if driving a bigger and longer vehicle. 2) Improvement on the exhaust for the bathroom. 3) Update the room details in booking.com since some items are no longer available.

Not that i did not like, just maybe a hot shower. Because we did not take a shower, cuz the water is so cold.... just a suggestion but overall nice place

The sheets and towels are fresh and clean. The staff are nice and there's free parking. The location is also not too far from the city proper.

The bathroom and kitchen is a bit neglected with molds on the grout. There's also no hot shower and there's no toilet paper even if you ask.
