I specify in booking.com with pwd and filtered wheelchairs during the booking process. However, booking.com offered a room that is located in the lower ground. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are high. I needed to coordinate the frontdesk to move us to the ground floor and upgrade the room so we could be accommodated. Instead of getting the upgraded room to a discounted price in booking.com, we ended up paying more. Quiet frustrating. Booking.com needed to work on their booking tool.

Location is exactly at the center, front of Olivarez College. It was cold but we enjoyed the pool with a gym and spa in front. We got a free upgrade to Family Room and have our parents stayed with us which TCH don't mind, the room can even accomodate 6 persons, we're very satisfied, it was pet friendly but if you got 2 pets, you'll need to pay for the other. Also pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool area. Free parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. You will also get a complete basics from toiletries to utensils and coffee needs.

The room is noticeably old, though, well maintained, we really loved and enjoyed the ambiance plus the cold weather.

The staff were wonderful. They were always ready to help and answered questions promptly. The hotel location is also good, near convenience stores and a small coffee shop. The room itself was spacious and the beds comfortable.

The bathroom is a little smelly. The urine smell is very noticeable as soon as you open the bathroom door. There was a limited selection for the breakfast but it was free so can't really complain too much.

We loved our stay in this hotel, they are pet friendly and all staffs were very kind, always greet you with a big smile. I never saw a staff not smiling. The cr was also big, we will come back again in this hotel :)

I just heard a comment from one of my family member the bunkbeds are kinda too low, they bump their head 😅

its an little old school building and old school vibe, we loved our stay, we will come back for sure. I was leaving the country and would have want to extend but we even have to leave earlier than check out time because there's just no time.

Nothing really, cant complain at all. I love the staff, they are very inviting. and since I'm with friends we are just all over the place and making jokes and noise but they are very accommodating and even laugh with us.

Buffet Breakfast! Its always what everyone is looking for.

During our stay i noticed that guests were more of Senior Citizens so it would be great if breakfast will be on the healthy meal side, like vegetables on the menu and less of the meats like sausages and ham.

Location is good, it is nearby malls, restaurants, church and local tourist destination. Just a walking distance from the bus terminal. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are accommodating and courteous. Breakfast is served at your choice.

A leaking water from the ceiling everytime we open the bath shower. I was't able to enjoy swimming and my plan for a foot massage was forgotten. Also weak wifi connection in our room.

The location is perfect. It’s near rotonda so it’s walking distance from malls, hospital and shops. They offer good good buffet breakfast and the hotel staff are all very nice!

Some parts of the hotel/rooms are newly renovated except for the restroom, ref (old and untidy) and the bed sheets. Hope they can also invest on quality sheets.

The location was great! Really close to the night market, food restos, convenience store, malls.

The pool was not heated. Its very cold in Tagaytay it would have helped if they made the pool heated for the guests to enjoy. We were the only ones able to tolerate the coldness haha.

The property is simple and cozy. The cool breeze adds up to the beauty of this family hotel.

Restaurant must have some improvements like music backgrounds, some staff must have the same happy treatment to all visitors, maybe change some items that may seem too old for the hotel.
