High quality, proximity to city centre and various PoIs, nice design. Staff helped to find the owner of the car which blocked our scooter on parking and later silence late party in the hotel nearby.

Initially we were placed into a smaller room without view without any explanation and discount offered. Only after I raised this point we were placed into the room we paid for. No Internet connection in the room. LTE works good enough. No hot water. Road noise can be an issue for light sleepers.

Hotel staff gave excellent customer service. 🥰 I would like to commend Russelle, Diane, Marvin and Fredo for making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Location is great! Near Starbucks, McDonald's, Puregold grocery, Rotunda. Along the highway so you can hail a trike or a bokyu if you don't feel like driving 😅 Bedding and linens were clean and super comfy 😴

WiFi needs improvement. Bathroom needs some maintenance as the tub keeps on leaking even when not in use. Hope to see more offers for their in house meals. During our stay, only breakfast was available.

Large room

Pool is in separate building. Front desk not always occupied. Limited number of hangars in room. Noisy room near some kind of pump. Asked to switch room after two days and was told hotel was fully booked. Hotel looked fairly empty though so when I pointed this out was told rooms were sold out and guests would be checking in later that day (2pm check-in). Didn't push the issue, but why not move me before new guests arrived? I was there five nights..

i got my reservation at a very low rate which was really great! i like the place... good location... our room and the customer service is great as well esp kuya guard / maintenance who fixed our tv cable connection... we'll definitely be back 😊

the wifi keeps disconnecting and you would need to connect or register again... it would be better to have continued connection while being guests with no interruption to service

The staff is kind and polite. Always smiling and greeting you nicely They always offer some help. Being attentive to the guests need is a big thumbs up. I love that they allow me to check in even though I'm too early for my check in time.

The wifi is slow. I'm in the 2nd flr but I can only have a good signal in the bathroom and slightly good in bed. But I was able to connect both my phone and laptop.

The staff is very friendly and they are very helpful during our stay. The room was spacious.

We didn't like the thing that they put in the middle of the mattress the one that holds the mattress together it was uncomfortable to sleep on since you could feel it once you were in the middle. I suggest they should put a mattress topper so the person who is lying on the bed can't feel the hard thing in the middle.

It's my first time to do backpack travel and commuting, and the worst is; there is a typhoon"Karding" coming at that time and it was signal no. 5... So it is hard for me to get a perfect hotel to stay in. Luckily Lee Boutique is so near at the centre of the city. You can access to anywhere, peoples park, resto, mall and to the site where i work as field eng. I stayed for 2 nights. Staff are very accomodating. The front desk is also the manager ,the housekeeping and etc. She done everything to make your stay perfect,Even the guard assist you to your room. Im also a nocturnal guy so they having a hard time with me staying there. The guard need to wake her up to assist me. They have a roof deck so you can chill some but not in my time bcoz there is a typhoon. One thing the pool is at the other building 😂😂😂.You need to go out and pass another house to get there🤣🤣🤣🤣 Anyway...If you want to spent your time alone... This is the perfect one. And perfect for family too... If my wife see this probably we want to get marry here... 🥰🥰🥰

The thing i didnt like is the wifi. Maybe the service provider is converge 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I use data but the reception of signal is too bad.. i need to go out of the room and stay at the roof deck for a long time... Mostly i spent my time at the roofdeck🤣🤣🤣

Not too modern but Cozy, Elegant, Spacious and Fully furnished beautiful room. Love the closet, sofa, coffee table and huge bed! Bathroom has toiletries, exhaust fan, bathtub, bidet, heaters and bathrobe yay! Bed was clean and comfortable. And don't forget, Great service!

The cellphone signal and internet strength can be improved. Choice of a more modern-style room can also be added for other guest's preference. A smart TV can be a good idea too. You won't need all these though when you want to have a peaceful and relaxed, away from the city vacay right? Still good!

We like the beds it's like you're in a five hotel,always have good sleep 😴 ❤️and the staff is very accommodating and kind thumbs 👍😊😍 for that.

The internet connection is weak.kindly improve your Wii,coz even we're on a vacation the kids have their online class and other extra curricular activities.imprive also your tv ito smart TV

1.Breakfast not included. Limited choices of breakast menu, the usuals -silog meals. BUT GOOD THING IS, you can order food through grab or food panda., the hotel has a great location so you can have a short drive to your fave restos around Tagaytay. 2. Hot water in the bathroom is not working or not available.
