Everything!- I actually didn't stay in the hotel, I booked the room as a treat for my niece 19th years anniversary. I received an exceptional service from Christian ( Night Shift, Via chat) to communicate half crossed the world ( I'm based in London) and to plan what you'll like to have in the room, Christian everything possible and easy to do. He made my surprise gift possible and made my niece happy. I have made so many Hotel reservation online and communicating via chat to what I like to have in the room, especially for something like a special occasion , I never experienced such spotl on and attention to details to my request. I work in a Hotel as well, and if Christian lives in UK will definitely hire him . To the Management- you should look after a staff like Christian. Thank you

Nothing - As per my niece

The hotel is in a great location, the fittings and overall decor of the hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A particular mention to Annalyn and Alex who were very helpful. I asked the hotel for a special room setup as it was our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to give us a special treat for our anniversary. My wife was very surprised and delighted. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tagaytay. We will definitely be returning.

good location. big size and clean room . it is near to the restaurant and malls

hotel is very close to main road , it is very noisy at night. Also before 8am, it was noisy because there was a renovation on the rop deck and I am staying on the upper level floor. Breakfast is not buffet particularly during weekdays. I got a room with breakfast included but when I asked for a cup of rice, it was charged when I check out.

The cleanliness

The shower very little water pressure hot water hit and miss. Shower controls not easy to use. However, the main problem was water leaking from the glass shower screen onto the bath tub surround and then onto the floor. After taking a shower the floor was had a considerable amount of water this made the floor very slippery. We had to use towels and 6 bath mats to soak up the water. We reported this on day 1 and was immediately moved to another room which had the same problem. We stayed in the room and managed the situation. The house keeping team were very good and replaced mats and towels daily. In my opinion the bathrooms need a complete refurbish.

Clean, friendly staff.

Location is not one the best, breakfast was a big disappointment. One morning we had buffet and i could choose what i want and how much i need. Second day was a la carte, with limit of one option. Basically i left hungry. If you give option one day to buffet, give every day. Don’t care about your economy, i spend almost 5000 peso a night. Rubbish. The rooftop view was under construction. Pool very bad.

We are quite satisfied with the breakfast, the selection was simple but satisfying. My husband loved the dilis especially. The ambience was great, it was like having an indoor meal in Paris -be cause of the chandeliers, the wall decor, table top decor, chairs etc. I just hoped that they will also open the Cafe during the mid afternoon so clients can opt to havecoffee and pastry. We just crossed over to McCafe and it was ok too.

We didn't like the Pool because it wasn't heated and was pretty small. The same is true with the gym, very small and not enough room to move about. The bathtub needed a restoration because it was obviously old and needed much help like repainting and maybe make it a little bigger. It was obviously outdated.

The place is underrated. It's actually a comfy place for good value. Food selection at breakfast wasn't the best but still good enough. The staff are warm and accommodating as well. The package I requested was surprisingly great too.

The WiFi was not fast and tends to get interrupted a lot. The room TV had nothing on and doesn't have any AirPlay compatibility so I wasn't able to stream shows on the big screen.

what made us choose this hotel aside from a very good location, is their grand piano because our son plays the piano, we love piano music overall. the exterior design of the hotel is beautiful and staff are so helpful and accomodating. the food is also good and I love how they prepare the tea and the iced coffee is also good, you don’t have to go out to have some good coffee and drinks. it’s worth the value. we would definitely stay here again someday

swimming pool is a bit small for my liking. mas maluwag pa yung space ng mga chairs and tables. sana kahit naadjust ng konte laki ng swimming pool.

Location is at the central. There are some restaurants walking distance. We rented a trike ride with the help of hotel to People Sky park. It was a nice ride ! They staff at the hotel are especially friendly. I left my jacket at the breakfast place and they delivered it back to my hotel room !

The toilet and room has some smell because it’s located at high altitude, it’s very humid.

Very friendly mga stuff. Spacious parking lote, coffee and restaurant food taste good and reasonable price. Compare other place. Love the view of roof deck. Love this hotel feel so comfort. Easy access to mall and other places in tagaytay.

The room is not clean enough. some part in desk has a few dust. Minimal only
