The location of the property is very accessible to transport if you ate going there without car but in our case we are happy that the property has ample space for parking. The rooms are big and the place is very serene which is good if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay.. however the room beside the reception area near the street is not good since you can hear vehicles come and go.. but overall we like the place and the breakfast! The staffs are also accommodating and courteous.. ☺️☺️

We were so greatful that they upgraded us to a big room, so we can see the beautful taal lake.. but the room smells like mold and the toilet stinks, so I just bought an airfreahiner to get our room and toilet to smell good the staff are kind and they deliver the breakfast on time, the food are delicious and big portion, they are generous also for the drinking water bottle They provide daily clean towels and amenity kits their place is very beautiful but they just need to fix and clean the room and toilet to make the guest more comfortable

very affordable with nice, neat, huge rooms, with TV, WIFI, fridge and a pool with a very lovely view - full view of Taal. They have nice big mirror in the room with so many cabinets to hold your stuff. Plus they have so many power outlets. Staff are really nice and helpful. They allow food from outside. Place is very accessible from the main road.

pool is not clean, no restaurant, limited parking space though we didn't run out of slot so we're good. The Body Massage is a bit expensive compared to other Hotels nearby considering they do not have a Spa room, so it's just room service. I personally prefer a spa room because I'm more comfortable there.

Nice hotel with a nice view on the Vulcan Taal. Very friendly and supportive staff. Nice little rooms with Aircon and clean. Beautiful garden and a nice refreshing pool with a great view.

On our last day was a wedding celebration there with loud shouting of women starting at around about 5:30 am to 6 am (shouting in this time for pictures) sleeping was not possible at this time. I am not understanding why this was not all made in the pool area away from the people who are not part of this wedding. Next time do advise that there are other guests still sleeping at this time and make a better planning of the location. Thank you at all we like it there.

The location, the spacious room, the accommodating and very nice staff, the pool, overall ambience and the breathtaking view. Value for money YES and theor breakfast, really good tol can't think of anything negative at all. Thank You Villa Marinelli we had a really good stay ❤️

What can improve: *we had to order or buy lunch and dinner from outaide it woyld really help if they can serve lunch and dinner too. *they may want to extend pool open hours to at least 8pm maybe? Only open from 6am-6pm, also a jacuzzi with warm water would be a perfect addition 🥰

Breakfast was fine. Filling. The view was excellent. The location is very good. I just wish I was able to look around for the other amenities. I will book again when we return to Tagaytay.

The night staff could have been more informed of the other services in Tagaytay City. I was asking for the nearest 7-11 and they told me it was at Aguinaldo Highway. We found a 7-11 just less than a kilometer from the nearest Starbucks. Parking might be a problem if there are several guests.

The friendliness of the staff are exceptional and the nice garden with view of the Taal. The breakfast was also good, simple but delicious. The house is old, but charming.

The toilet in general can be more cleaned or changed since it is also old, and worn out. The shower does not have enough pressure. We just stayed 1 night so we didn't have time to inform the staff about the water pressure.

The place is cozy, as its like a home when you enter. Rooms are bigger than the usual. Breakfast was alright, they would ask you the night before what you would prefer within a couple of choices. You can also ask them to pack it to go, in case you're in a hurry in the morning. But ask them to prepare it beforehand as it takes a bit of time. Essentials like towels and toilet paper would be given to you again after a couple of days. Pool and garden was well maintained and clean.

Breakfast could be improved, have more choices for foreign guests. The lights in the room flickered from time to time. Bathroom sink drained slow. There were also kittens playing in the ceiling at night, can be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

the ambiance , peaceful atmosphere , really good ammenities . The staff work ethics are superb , they were all very responsive, friendly and helpful . It wasnt peak season so we had the place entirely almost only fir ourselves which is quitw lovely .

We really like the big room space, polite and courteous staff, the beautiful Taal view every breakfast, the quietness of the place and how accessible this hometelle is. The greeneries of the surroundings and clean air make the stay more relaxing and comfortable. In addition, they have free parking space and tasty breakfast too.

The interiors look a little bit old than the photos. Maybe a little more lighting and repaint would look good. One not so good experience we had was the leaking shower faucet. The sound was annoying, we had to turn off the water supply after every use to keep it from leaking and to conserve water. We hope this would be fixed soon. And lastly, we had the inconvenient experience of no water supply at late in the evening. Good thing the staff and guard on duty granted our request to turn on the water supply even for just an hour so we can clean some things up.
