This hotel is not that new but the facilities are okay, clean and well-maintained. The view at the alfresco deck/resto is so relaxing. The Officer-in-Charge gave us an hour extension for check-out when we encountered problem with our room AC, but everything works well. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Even after our check-out we stayed at their restaurant and ate lunch. Their Ala carte food are great and I bet their samgyup also since there are lots of people eating during lunch time for the samgyup. Even if you don't check-in at the hotel, this is a nice spot for afternoon tambay since the alfresco rest is so windy and cold.

The overlooking view.although it was raining and cloudy all the time..I know the view is great. The bed was really comfortable although the sheets are very thin but I didn't mind. Wifi worked well.

Breakfast options were limited. Cable tv only had local channels, no other channel options, please improve this.

Location is very accessible from the center, nearby food establishments and the hotel has their own restaurants. Room is complete with basic toiletries and amenities. Staffs are very accommodating and pleasing, kind enough to agree for a small surprised for my father's birthday. Elevator is available going to rooms and pool view is fascinating.

The room location is a bit dark.

Location - with a magnificent view of Taal Lake & volcano! Accessible to public transportation- tricycles & jeepneys. Bright room with a view/ balcony & comfortable bed & beddings! Staff were very friendly & helpful

The view was amazing and friendly and helpfull staff. Easy checkin and checkout. And they informed about the room that it was without windows. But for me its was a + . Since the rooms was very dark when about to sleep. So i got 2 night of really good sleep due to that.

The pool need to get a longer ladder down to the bottom if the pool. Since it was only one or 2 steps on it. Hard to get iup trought that one.

I love the location & the rooms are very spacious... comfy beds as well. All staffs are nice, polite & friendly.

The serving size of the complimentary breakfast is too small. I booked 3 hotel accommodations for this holiday on 3 different places in the Philippines. The other 2 hotels provide buffet breakfast with too many types of dishes to choose from. The water on their pool is too cold.

The location is very accessible and the view is very nice. Breakfast is good.

The TV cannot change channels (both remotes are not working) though not a big problem.

It is very accessible, the hotel staff are nice and very welcoming especially Miss Melody (one of the receptionists)

1. The heater in our room wasn't working and it took about two hours for it to get fixed. 2. Breakfast is included but takes a long time to be served and there are limited options in the menu. 3. Swimming pool has a nice view however when we went for a swim, the pool was not entirely clean.

The staff were friendly and approachable. Hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog, Hachi. Location is accessible to commercial areas. The hotel also follows Covid safety protocols. They clean and disinfect areas regularly.

I wish they had a family room with a view. We could’ve fit in a family room but unfortunately, the ones available are windowless. We had to get 2 rooms to have a view. I also wish the elevator wasn’t as confusing. The highest floor is ground level but the other floors are not labelled basement floors.

Nice place to stay. Facilities are clean and the location is accessible to everything. You can avail for a room massage (@Php 600.00/person), just ask the Front Desk Personnel. Hotel Staff are polite
