Very good location near shopping mall and other amenities. It’s easy to find the place. The three story house itself is very spacious inside and families can have individual rooms. One bedroom in the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. The attic is open with 12 beds. Toilet paper and drinking water were provided for. House was also very clean. Beddings, towels and kitchen utensils are well provided for. Outside has bbq pit and gazebo. Spacious and well manicured grounds. Caretaker lives at the house just beside so easy to contact. Also enough parking space. Highly recommended for big groups.

The house was big, it can accommodate big groups. You can also cook. But just remember to buy/bring your own seasoning. The subdivision was close to a mall so its convenient. I wasn't able to picture the place because of the busy schedule.

There was a door that was hard to close. But other than that . Everything else was good.

Everything that we needed, as in everything and even more, were there. The place is very very spacious. Notwithstanding that we were 15 in our group, we never felt crowded. The place was clean and presentable when we arrived. Wifi was OK, flat screen TV is large and clear, parking was available, water strong, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Ate Baby, the caretaker, was a competent host too. She was there when we arrived, she briefed us on the dos and don'ts, toured us through the house and grounds, gave us her contact details, and made herself available half an hour before we checked out. The location of the house is also very accessible to the usual places of interest in Tagaytay making trips to and fro a breeze. Highly recommended and will definitely choose it the next time we will have a big group in Tagaytay!

The location was close to the shopping mall just walking distance. The community is safe and secure. The villa is big enough to accommodate a group of 17 persons. WiFi connection very strong. The staff were kind , friendly and hospitable. It was a pleasant place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this place. Very relaxing and large enough to accomodate a big family of 22. Complete kitchen utensil and appliances. Located in a peaceful subdivision in the heart of Tagaytay. Near to a mall and accessible to establishments. Thank you for accomodating us and we will definitely go back to this place.

I love that the house is clean and well maintained. They have everything you need especially if you opt to just cook rather than dine out. The bathrooms have water heater, the rooms are spacious and they provided fresh linens and towels for all the guests. It is also close to different spots in Tagaytay like Picnic Grove and Our Lady of Lourdes Church. It is just a few minutes away from Ayala Mall Serin which is so convenient. The caretaker, Ate Baby was also friendly and helpful. On top of all that, what I loved the most is that the host, Ms. Maria was so accommodating and understanding that even if we had to move our stay from July 13-15 to July 24-26 because of unexpected circumstances, she was so open and entertained our request. She would check to make sure that we have everything we need and we are enjoying our stay. Charming Vacation Home is truly a gem in Tagaytay and we look forward to our next stay!

The property was located close to the shopping mall which meant easy access to shops and restaurants. 5*, The caretakers were also very kind and accommodating during our stay. My whole family enjoyed our stay and we have nothing but good reviews about the vacation home. We look forward in our next stay in this property.

Ms. Maria's house was wonderful and spacious. My mom and I specially love the beautifully maintained garden. It was a good place to stay and relax. The rooms in the house were enough for 10 people. We were initially surprised by the lack of aircon on the 3rd floor but found that the place is well-ventilated and gets freezing at night even without a/c nor fans. Speedy internet connection is def a plus. It was able to reach all parts of the house conveniently and be used by 10 people (whether for work/leisure) Needless to say, the place is clean and complete with basic amenities. The caretakers were kind and accommodating - Ms. Baby toured us and gave all the necessary information.

Everything was splendid. There was nothing to dislike about the place or the experience.

The owner and caretaker were very accommodating and hospitable. The location is very good and just at the back of Ayala Mall Serin. If you are staying as a family, this is a good place to stay in Tagaytay.

Great value for money. 4 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed each plus the 3rd floor attic with 12 beds was perfect for our extended family with lots of kids.

The sofa in the living room smelled a little bit unpleasant. We used febreeze on the sofa to freshen up the smell.
