Staff are pro's and make everything a tailored experience. Loved to give them decent tip. Well deserved. We will be returning very soon. The chefs are excellent! Rooms are big and spacious. Really appreciated the welcome drinks, the attentiveness of staff and the board games are superb!!! In fact I hope theres more board games as it was really great to play with family. Table tennis is a great addition. The view.

Theres no long term stay deals or promotions which would be great to have! I got a splinter in my big toe which I believe was from a twig/branch which fell into the pool.

Everything! The ambiance, location, rooms, services, staff. Even the wifi speed exceeded my expectation.

1. Phone signal, this is a necessity that really needs to be reliably available in the property. 2. Food selection - the menu was great but it would be so much better if it has options that would also cater to other fancies like Asian or Local dishes. 3. Pool area dining - needs more lighting and subtle/quiet ventilation 4. Mosquitoes and flies - gotta get rid of these pests.

Incredible staff with a lot of attention to the details. They are helpful and kind and always have a smile. We felt very comfortable there. The place is really amazing, pool is awesome and the food was great. We really enjoyed our time there.

the house shows ageing, with the dust and smell of oldness, it triggered my allergies. the smell from the fisheries was strong as well.
