The view was absolutely amazing, and the entry/lobby/dining room was like out of an older Hollywood movie with a foreign elegant setting. Having a piano player was a nice touch. I felt like I was royalty staying here. I wish one of the suite rooms was available, but I/we loved our stay. We stayed in a Lake View room. No complaints, but a suite would have been amazing, I'm quite certain.

First... The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Lots of options, all top notch. My only issue was that the food was not hot. I have found this to be an issue at other hotels/resorts that have a breakfast buffet. Though it is a negative, it will not stop me from booking, at the Lake Hotel, next time I visit Tagaytay.

Especially the BEEF, it was a 10 out of 10! • The view was just breathtaking and spectacular, we would definitely recommend it to our friends and families! • Very near to restaurants and coffee shops + 10 mins drive to malls. • Their security is airport-like because they have scanners. Safety is TOP TIER. • The rate was VERY reasonable because we got nothing but the BEST.

stunning. every staff member is friendly. you will always feel welcomed. The view is the best, you'll see taal in a perfect way. The food is good, good price and served wonderfully. family friendly environment, good for families with toddlers to pre-school, i mean all age. rooms are big, comfortable and luxurious and the price is cheap. bathrooms are clean even their public ones. check ins are quick. you have everything you need here. near to park, starbucks. not traffic area. spacious parking. really unforgetable stay. we will stay here again.

maybe the make up service. i asked for make up service but no one came so i just borrowed their map to clean the floor. but everything is good.

The staff, they were very welcoming, very polite, friendly and smiles were all over the place, Staff anticipated what we needed, like pulling another chair during breakfast when they noticed we were carrying laptop bags, asking if we needed more coffee. Breakfast was great! One of the best!

We were surprised that somebody knocked on our door past 9pm and asking if everything was alright. We got a little anxious about that. However, we understood that given what happened in your hotel, you were taking extra precautions for the comfort and security of your guests.

I loved our stay at the hotel. All staff were very helpful, pleasant & accommodating. I love Contis too and the fact that there is one attached to the hotel is a plus. It is right next to shops and restaurant. I didn't get to go to the new Starbucks, which is just a short walking distance from the hotek, as there's still a bit of a queue. But why bother to go when our room offers the same amazing view? You can also enjoy the view by the poolside, or when you just seat out (you can also do this while having a coffee)at the comfy seats in the quiet lounge area at the lobby, with a soothing piano background.

Just a tiny bit & I'm just nit-picking...As our room is literally in the center and when you go out you can see the serene fountains at the lobby. But these fountains you can hear loudly from our our room up to a certain time in the evening, then at night, you can hear the cars & even trucks passing by. Maybe the rooms need a bit of a sound proofing. Overall, hotdl is fabulous, dnjoyed our stay & will definitely come bck again.

For the room nothing special but the view of our room is spectacular Breakfast the food is great, unsolicited suggestion, add Bacon and sunnyside up egg on the menu or even by request only.

Chips are not allowed on pool side area. Buffet breakfast, if kids are included on the room, i hope in the breakfast too. Because kids can only eat a little specially for breakfast i dont think it will affect that much of the cost.

The hotel was great, the location fantastic and the staff very helpful and super friendly. Loved the breakfast buffet. The view from the pool area is amazing.any shops and restaurants walking distance, highly recommend Leslie's down the road.

The bathroom had a slightly musty smell but this is very common in such a hot and humid climate. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every day though.

The tama ngumiti of the crew working here is inspiring. Mr Harry was a legend when it came to advising and organising the local see and do. Mr Michael runs a good crew, thank you 😀 All the crew were very friendly. Big 👍🏻 to the piano player, very talented 😀

The view from the room was beautiful, we could see the lake and the Taal volcano from the room. The dining hall was gorgeous. The hotel lobby was very pretty, I loved the open wall design so we could get a ton of natural light. I greatly appreciated the Hotel Manager and Owner's flexibility in letting me turn my 4 night stay for 2 in 1 room, to a 2 night stay for 4 in 2 rooms, it was super helpful.

The sliding glass door to our balcony kept getting stuck, which was annoying. There were a ton of bugs in the pool, I wish the pool was cleaned more often.

The pool view, staff, cleainess and closeness to popular restaurant.

In light of the current horrible news that had happened 2 weeks ago, I realize that this could happen to me.or.my family. Now in my observations of the hotel, there should be not only security guard at the gate but the hallway that leads to the rooms. This will have your guest feeling more safe.
