Since it is new, everything is clean and organized. Hope it will stay that way. Economical and can be recommended for business stay.

I cannot say what not to like. Everyone in Levo is courteous. The doorman is helpful. As for the restaurant for the breakfast, the fried rice is too oily. Overall the ambiance od the restaurant is good.

Location was good, clean and comfortable. Great you can log into your Netflix etc accounts, however would be good to include instructions on how to do this as I imagine some people would struggle. Staff were welcoming and friendly

Real plant in the bathroom was a nice touch but resulted in a few flies in the bathroom. You could also already see scuff marks on the floor from luggage wheels, which was fine, but a shame they can’t be cleaned off

The location is very strategic. Accessible to famous towns, supermarkets & resto. Breakfast is fabulous. I would suggest visitors to try thei Bangus with atsara, the atsara is kinda differrent, it is so delicious. Bedroom is huge, so much space, & the view (Ricefield) is magnificent.. sunset view .

They lost the casing of my IDs. I just cant imagine how can it possibly happened, someone took it?

I liked the place in general since everything is new and clean. The room is really big and good for families.I think the breakfast options are also pretty decent. The staff are really great and very polite and are really helpful.

WIFI is a bit weak. Need to come close near our hotel room entrance to get us connected.

We have stayed in Levo 3 times and they have all been great. Rooms are super clean, staff are always accommodating, plenty of parking and thank you to the amazing security guards. We live on Manila and have stayed in various hotels near MOA, BGC and Makati and I can say Levo is up to par and even better then the city hotels.

Nice location, parking availability, room amenities, staff service, and onsite restaurant.

Restaurant- they have brewed coffee for dinner but not for breakfast and a choice of only two drinks for its breakfast either orange juice or ice tea. Limited choices probably due staffing limitations.

The hotel is just a few months old. The equipment worked well. Top class hotel for a location in a small town in the province, Newby shopping Mall of SM with a lot of restaurants. One more shopping mall a few hundred meters on the street leading to Dagupan.

The hotel looked way better than the pictures. The staff were amazing and the rooms were spacious and nice. Room service was amazing as well.

New and clean . Great TV - fridge and snack options . Nice window view VERY helpful staff !

Parking is a little tight -

Staff are very accommodating and the place is easy to find. The room is well cleaned and sanitized.

The accommodation rate should already include breakfast.
