It’s proximity to the beach, very convenient if you want to take a bath at the beach. Also the place is near to a lot of establishments.

Maybe the downside of our stay was the keycard. I think it is better if they provide a minimum of at least 2 keycards per room. One for electricity and one for room access. I understand that the one keycard per room is also a way for the hotel to save electricity when the room is not in use, but it is beneficial for group guests. For instance, it is hard to open or answer the door if someone is asleep, or if someone is at the bathroom doing his/her business. I hope that this rule might change.

We stayed at Mandarin White Sand Boracay for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to help me prepare a wonderful surprise for my wife, which I deeply appreciated. The hotel’s beachfront location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the overall warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. Mandarin White Sand made our anniversary extra special, and we highly recommend it for couples looking for a charming and attentive place to stay in Boracay.

The hotel is right on the white beach of south Boracay, they call the area station 3. After paying for an upgrade, we had a room with balcony sea front , but all other rooms are without windows. Staff is friendly, probably best thing of this hotel

All the normal rooms are without windows, and that’s is unacceptable. In the room there is lot of humidity, and the air conditioning is noisy. Breakfast is very poor. The hotel would like to be a nice place, but there are a lot of improvements they should do

Location is superb. Just a few steps from the beach. What I love the most are the staffs. They are all polite and kind even the housekeepers specially in the front desk led by Ms. ELLA together with Ms Yvonne and Ms Allysa.. Breakfast were delicious with different menu everyday.. Special thanks to the staffs of the restaurant for surprising me with a cake and a 😳 greetings during my birthday. Overall experience in this hotel was superb and surely we will booked again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly and always quick to help when we needed something. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

The wifi,its fast but there are times that it disconnects. But so far I was able to work

Nice location, close to the beach but no club aside, short walk to the mall and restaurants yet not in the center of attention. Nice staff and a very well functioning air condition!

Unfortunately this jewel is a little bit outdated: the elevator, lights in the rooms don’t properly work; it’s quite dark and also the furniture in the breakfast/restaurant area has seen better days. They are renovation the other half of the building, which means you have to cope with the noise all day long. We were given a room on ground level near the reception area and didn’t sleep all night due to noise. Also the ground level rooms smell of mold - be advised to book a room higher in the building. Hardly vegetarian options - unfortunately and the buffet style breakfast doesn’t include real coffee or tea.

The breakfast on the first day was okay, though the food kept being repeated.

The lunch food was served again for dinner. Then, during our last breakfast, I saw one of the crew members use their apron to wipe the saucer I had requested. It would have been fine if I hadn’t seen it, but it happened right in front of me—when I looked at the crew, that’s exactly what they did. It was very unsanitary.

For a 3-star hotel, everything was perfect for a quick Boracay getaway - room was comfortable with cold AC (just be mindful with the humidity so change the settings to dry accordingly); staff were helpful and always friendly; and hotel is beachfront so you really get to take in the Boracay charm

The hotel is definitely showing its age but these don’t really change the experience

We loved our stay here. Facilities were wonderful, rooms were large and clean. Bed was comfortable and massive. Location was ideal and away from the hustle and bustle of station 2, which we liked. Our transfers from hotel were unbelievably and worth every peso. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we stayed longer..

Buffet breakfast was horrible, would not recommend this. Construction was occurring in hotel and next door, so no sleeps ins.
