Great place to stay, easy to get around, location was fantastic, room was big and spacious with a terrace over looking the pool, breakfast was buffet style and food was goodgreat entertainment with the fire dancers, the sky bar is absolutely brilliant, everything about this resort is fantastic

Unfortunately we were without a toilet for around 22 hours as the flush did not work. Made our request for repairs but took that long to repair and couldn't have a shower the first morning we woke as no water either. Problem was resolved just took a long time. A lot of the hot food was cold and the toaster didn't work at all for the three days we were there

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The gym was fantastic, with a nice pool and great location.

The music was very loud and annoying, especially during the day, when nobody was even around to party. Even with my room door closed, it was a constant beat coming through. Also the DJ should learn how to read the crowd and choose his style accordingly. I get that this is a party-island, but this specific location does not merit the music, nor the style of music. At no point was there anyone around having a party, perhaps this should tell the DJ something. Also the personel wasn't very friendly.

I liked how nice the staff are! There are lots of amenities to enjoy and they do encourage you to try them out by giving you multiple vouchers to use during your stay. I love how less crowded it is in that area.

I found it quite bothersome that you would need to request for certain things that should've been basic to be inside your room: bath towels, hotel slippers, fresh set of shampoo. Also we wanted to be safe with our belongings and use the vault in our room but we found out that it wasn't working due to old batteries. Our bed was also only made but wasn't turned like we expected when we asked our room to be made.

We had an amazing stay at Boracay Ocean Club! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful during the day, but with just the right amount of energy in the evenings, especially at their in-house bar. The buffet breakfast was also great, with a good variety to start the day right! Now for a couple of things to keep in mind: While we absolutely loved the calm and quiet of the location, getting to the hotel with luggage was a bit tricky. We had to drag our bags through the sand for about 3-5 minutes to reach the entrance. If you’re bringing heavy luggage (20kg+), I suggest asking around for a porter for 50-100 pesos. Also at check-in, there was a minor hiccup. They didn’t seem to have a record of my room request, even though they had acknowledged it in an email three weeks before. It wasn’t a huge deal, but better communication would make the check-in process smoother. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. These were just small issues compared to how much we loved the hotel. Highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing yet lively Boracay experience!

be careful with a 'partial sea view' in a room description, it may mean you will see few inches of beach from a specific angle by the window... breakfast bufet with rather not many european options, was struggling to choose anything

The room were we stayed was fantastic, big space and very comfortable room. The bed was amazing and the bath and the shower was fantastic I love it

The service that I don’t like is when our towels were wet, and we would like to go for a swim at the pools while we having dinner at roof top and drinks, but unfortunately the guy who look after the swim towels won’t able to give us one, because he recon we have used the towels for the day and if we want to ask the towels for more than twice a day, we were be charging which pho 50 pesos per towels which is very poor and sad ask for your own guest, very poor and sad. Also I wasn’t happy the view of our room, very ugly roof dirty neighbours background old roof etc I’m sure the hotel knows where it is and for sure all the guest arrive we’re expected a better view than this! I hope they can work it out, other than that it was beautiful hotel, happy to stay there again in the future

The experience at this hotel was just amazing! Great location - it’s not too busy, but there are still many restaurants and bars around it. Highly recommend checking out Giuseppe Italian Restaurant - the best food on the beach and the prices are very nice. And also Sunny Side Cafe - for a delicious breakfast or lunch. The staff in the hotel is extremely kind and helpful. 10/10.

If you like to have a vegan/vegetarian European breakfast at the hotel that might be a problem as there are not many options to choose from.

Location is amazing. A bit more private than other stations on the island. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's great places to eat and drink within the resort. Always lots of activity especially with the fire dancers nightly. Onsite spa and gym was convenient. Rooftop pool has stunning sunset views. Was made to feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveller. Highly recommended to stay here.

The water pressure in shower wasn't great and necessities like toilet paper and tissues need to be upkept. Can be noisy late into the night and very early morning in the pool access rooms.

Situated at station 3, 10 minutes to walk to D MALL. Everything is very colse. Good Italian and Japaneese restaurants are near. Bar works 24/7, sun beds are provided directly on White beach. Bar personell is very open and affable.

The breakfast might be better. The music in bar on weekends is a mix of eurodance, tech house and other kind of low quality electronic music w/o any concept. I consider it is due to the asian listeners tradition, but changing a music

We stayed on the pool side. The room was spacious and clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The location was excellent and right on the beach front, with plenty to do. An ideal place if you love to dive.

The walk from the main road and up the beach to reach the hotel. Dragging a 25kg suitcase along a sandy beach after a long travelling day in the heat was not very nice for our party who are all fit and healthy, maybe measures could be considered for families and the older generations.
