I originally booked two rooms for our stay 3-night stay, but ended up getting another one on our 2nd night. The staff was very kind to let me check-in early since I was already at the hotel. Like I said on my previous review, rooms and staff were great- world class.

Not a big deal because I'm rarely in my room and mostly outside, but the first two rooms we've booked have good internet connection, however, the third one was very unstable. Maybe because they said the room is new, and hopefully, connection will be fixed in time. But honestly, it's not an issue because guests will spend most of their time at the beach. 🙂

The location is convenient, it’s in a quiter area but still close to the stores and night life of Boracay. The beach is only a 3-minute walk. Wifi is reliable, shower water pressure is decent, beds are comfy although the pillows are too thick for my liking. Breakfast options are limited but are delicious and reasonable portions. The entire property is clean, cozy, and modern but it’s the staff that really made a difference. Everyone was polite, warm, professional, and always willing to assist! They were very attentive to our needs. They provide beach towels and a beach mat besides the standard room towels. By the reception area, they also have sunscreen, lotion, alcohol, etc. ready for the guests to use. Will definitely book The Paragon Suites again! Thanks a lot!

The room doesn’t really have a table where you can eat or work on. Other than that, nothing major. Overall value for money!

The property is conveniently located near the beachfront, with a 7-Eleven convenience store right next door. The Station 3 activity area is directly in front of the property's access road, making it very accessible. They provide beach essentials, including towels, mats, and a bag for carrying your towel. Additionally, they offer goggles and beach toys that you can borrow, ensuring people at any age have plenty to enjoy.

During my stay, the bathroom sink and shower drain were clogged, but the staff promptly fixed them when I reported the issue. Additionally, the water heater heats water slowly on cloudy/rainy days. They use solar energy for the heater which is good.

The hotel was so close to the beach front where activities for the day can be booked if you fancy being adventurous and also near 7/11 where you could buy all the necessities to make your stay much more comfortable. The place is esthetically pleasing to the eyes every corner is different but beautiful and goes along with its theme. All the staff make sure that the hallways are always super clean. Attention to details are excellent. Having diffusers on the hallways was also added bonus. It makes you feel relaxed and everything is fresh. The rooms was super comfortable and clean equipped with all the basics although there is no view outside through the windows. The staff are well trained they were very respectable, courteous, and always happy to tend to your needs. Fresh and good smelling beach towels are provided when you go outside if you decide to take a dip on the crystals waters or just for lounging on the sand.

The only down side to the property was there is no lifts so it is a bit of an exercise if your rooms are on the top floors.

The staff and owner were very nice to us and were accommodating to our requests. The room was clean, no weird smells on the linens, pillows, etc. The hotel is a minute walk away from the beach which was great. The sand in station 3 isn't as powdery fine as station 1 BUT the water was very clear with no moss (unlike in station 1/some parts of station 2).

The food was ok, not amazing but for the price and location, it's reasonable. However, the pancakes took around 20-30mins to be served. No big deal though.

It's a small hotel in Station 3 which I prefer. Based on my experience, staying in smaller hotels, oftentimes you get a "more personalized" treatment. And i was not wrong. The staff and management of Parragon were amazing, friendly, always willing to help. The hotel has a nice view deck where we usually have breakfast. Although it's beside a side street, I never heard any noise in our bedroom considering we stayed on the second floor. AC was excellent! Even with power interruption, and very hot weather, our room remained cool. What I liked best during our stay? Extra and unexpected gestures - offered us a bag with beach towels, a mat/cloth to lay down on every time we go to the beach. They saw us trying to bring our laundry to the laundromat and offered to do it with no extra charges. And to top it all, the staff are TRUSTWORTHY! We told them to clean our room when we went out. Forgot my gold necklace. When we came back, our room was impeccably clean, and my necklace was were I left it. So, to the Parragon Team, thank you for a great service!

Hotel is just 1 min walking distance to the whitebeach. Terrace has a nice seaview. The best thing is the lovely staff. They are all gorgeus and very kind. Especially Ms Liza in the reception is so helpfull. She arranged our island hopping tour and airport transfer reservations and all was very good and punctual. She gave us lovely souveniers from the hotel and everyday she gave clean beach towels. Breakfast in terrace was also very delicious served by nice and kind staff. Relaxing in terrace bar at night was also so good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Perfect location, not in a busy area and also not far from the calming area of Boracay. Less than a minute walking to the beach, many options to eat and drink. Beds are very comfortable, shower is very good with good pressure and temperature and rooms are clean. Personal is very sympathetic. Breakfast is good, although a bit small.

Rooms have a very small window, which is not a problem.

Highly recommend this hotel! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. - location is perfect, just few minutes walk to the beach. 7-11 is also conveniently nearby - hotel staffs are outstanding! Miss Ellen and her staff are all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. - rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Beds are very comfy. - hotel provides beach towels and sarong - breakfast are all deliciously served on their rooftop deck overlooking the beach - love the overall vibe and aestetic look of the hotel.

Great and charming hotel in a nice location at station 3, where it is quiet and you can be at the sea in 30 seconds. It takes between 10-20 minutes to walk to station 2. Nice room size and the rooftop terrace is welcoming. Complimentary water to refill. They providing beach towels. Staff very friendly and helpful and took care of your your breakfast wishes.

No view from the room and it smelled very musty and moldy in the room and unfortunately moves into the suitcase/clothes.
