Bamboo Beach is really a value for money. Aside from its affordable room price, it is also convenient being accessible to nearly all the attractions in Boracay. The buffet breakfast is good for a budget accommodation like this. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Room service is optional means you have to tell them to make up room for you. Also, toiletry is not complete, like dental hygiene kit. It means you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. This is understandable being a budget hotel in Boracay.

Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Very close to the beach. You get what you paid for and probably a bit more. Definitely value for money. However, if you are expecting a five-star experience, this is probably not the hotel for you. If you are happy with the bare minimum, this hotel won't disappoint. Considering it is close to the beach, it is definitely value for money.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. Buffet needs a bit of variety.

Near the beach

The room was spacious. Very suitable for 4 family members. Temperature in the room was easy to control.

1. There was an electric water kettle in the room but no water to heat as tap water isn't potable. Guests should bring their own water to heat and the coffee or tea to go with it. 2. Breakfast could do with some improvement. The pork sausage/longganisa could be so much better than what was served. This is a popular & favorite food on the islands but the kind that was served leaves much to be desired! 3. Age of clients should be considered for room assignments. Elderly on ground floor rooms unless a preference is stated. Therefore it should be included in the questionnaire on line. All in all, it was ok. Thank you.

*Only that we didn't get a close to each other rooms. Our rooms where far from each other and located in different floor and building. But overall we enjoyed our stay. I hope next time they can give update on special request upon booking. *If you can provide hair dryer will be great. *Stairs are little bit dangerous for kids and elderly.

I love the location and the staff are very accomodating. The room also is very spacious 😊

The bathroom doesnt have any clothes rack. The staff lend us plastic chair so we can have something to put on our change of clothes. And also room for 8pax only has 1 bathroom only which is also a fault in our part for not asking. 😅 Food selection for breakfast. Specially if you have kids with you during your stay you would understand. But overall our stay is great. We'll book again here in our next vacation in bora.

My family and I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all the hotel staff. We were always greeted with a smile. From the front desk staff who were always patient despite the large volume of guests checking in and out at the same time and making random requests. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us carry our heavy luggages to our rooms, and to our pickup vehicle when we were leaving Bora. The staff from the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were always courteous and accommodating. We were traveling with three senior citizens and the staff assisted them like family. There is no single thing we did not like about the staff. They were amazing. I also liked that they lend beach towels free-of-charge and the regular live music at the bar. I love their brewed coffee too!

Lack of amenities like toiletries and drinking water. One of the rooms we booked had issues with the shower drain so my parents had to pack stuff again and transfer rooms.

Breakfast portions were good be prepared to wait 45mins (get there early) and nice and close to the water and they provide beach towels, room was spacious and has fridge and small freezer good for putting two bottles in overnight, AC nice and strong, English tv channels

extremely loud music (including bass) until 2am sometimes later this is a mixture of venues next to the hotel and the hotel itself as if has a bar facing the beach fine for us because we live in a busy city - recommend putting tv on to slightly drown out the noise bring earbuds! had some ants in the room on the ceiling nothing that bug spray can’t fix ask reception for some spray - spray around doors and check if there’s any gaps around AC Would be nice if management would get thicker mattress sheets sweat is seeping directly into the mattress- hygiene problems and wastes money replacing in case of accidents

Location was pretty good. Hot water for shower was great! Bed was nice.

A/C didn't keep up, very noisy with live music next door and at their restaurant. Band was every night til 1am next door. Have to walk through the dining/restaurant area to get to your room. TV was crap. All stations had static but 1.

Room is great it is large enough for my family. Location is the best. It is very close to the beach. Also close to shops, eatery & events. The staffs are all very helpful and always there whenever we need them. All staffs are great, they are doing their job well! We enjoyed our stay & will surely come back!

Nobody knocked the door to clean our rooms. Also, there should be clothes hanger outside for each room so we can leave our wet clothes to dry outside.
