The staff at the pool and food services were very attentive

Your key fobs. They were flimsy and would not stay on fob holder. It should just stay as cards as I knew that many were breaking and front desk kept charging the customers for a flimsy wristband. It looked like a cash grab.

The staff were very welcoming. I like how they clean the rooms. Free breakfast buffet. Staff was helpful

Nothing too serious. The air con was too cold a lot of the time and you can’t change the temperature. There’s no mat for when you step out of the shower. The food especially breakfast and dinner buffet wasn’t super vegetarian friendly which I understand because theres probably not be a lot of vegetarians that visit. The pool bar drinks were more costly than I would’ve expected

This is my 3rd time staying at Hue. What I really like about the place is the quality of service you get from the staff. They are prompt and always proactive to help. I would like to commend Adones, their shuttle service driver who helped us with our trip going back to the jetty. He was really helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff at 5/F who responded promptly to our requests every single time. As always, the pool bar was amazing. Although I was missing their Mai Thai, which is no longer in their menu. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

The water at the swimming pool was too acidic which makes our skin feel itchy. They might need to check the chlorine levels.

I loved my stay here and it really is a credit to all of the staff. They were super helpful and always greeted me with a heart felt smile. Food was excellent and happy hour drinks was a bonus. The facilities around the place are really well set up for families with small children. Location was pretty good and was at the quiter side with 5 min walk to beach but still only a another 5mins stroll to the vibrant bars and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.

Nothing to complain and dislike

Central location, which made it easy to explore Boracay, while not being in a too busy location. Food was great, and central pool is a great place to relax. Close to the main beach and shopping but not loud / busy.

Rooms did have a damp/musty smell on arrival, but it was raining heavily before our arrival. Staff did help with this. There are additional charges for transfer to/from the airport that were unexpected, but the transfer was very easy.

Want to first start off by saying that this was truly one of the best hotel experience we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, all the way through the last day, the staff have been nothing but attentive, friendly and highly accommodating. We will certainly recommend HUE hotel to anyone who’s looking to stay in Boracay, as they will surely not be disappointed! Rooms are clean, newly renovated. Housekeeping is highly responsive and able to tend your needs. But above all, the staff was really the highlight of our stay! Every single one of them would greet us with the friendliest of smiles. (Special thanks to Jeff, for being such a kind and attentive person) Thank you Hue Hotel, will surely look forward to another visit someday soon!

As a kind suggestion, a few more offerings in terms of breakfast selection would’ve been great! (Such as fruits and pastries). But we still appreciate there was a slight variety in terms of mains on a daily basis.

We loved the swimming pool, definitely the highlight of the hotel with plenty of comfy sunloungers around it to choose from. The pool was big enough that it never felt too overcrowded and it was a bonus that it was open until 10pm, post-dinner swims were great! The swim up bar was also a huge plus and was well used by us during our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially those working on the bar at the pool / around the pool area as were the lifeguards. The breakfast was delicious - there was a huge spread to choose from and we loved the options of either western or Filipino dishes! The rest of the food at the hotel was also very tasty, as were the cocktails. The room was spacious and the bed was massive and extremely comfortable! The shower was excellent and it was a nice touch having shower gel and shampoo etc available to use. The free water each day was great as was the coffee - this wasn’t topped up one day by housekeeping but when asked they supplied us with plenty of extra coffee sachets!

Janette n Micheal at the reception is the first face of the hotel we met and they were incredible thru out. All the staff ( dining, breakfast, pool , house keeping, security, maintenance) were incredible . The hotel is just on the Main Street and that’s so so helpful. The pool and the area is so relaxing and fun to be. The shops and money exchange ( they have the best rates) just in the hotel area are such a blessing Empty lots of space in your phone and keep the battery charged bcoz you are going to take lots of pics😀 The room has all amenities- tooth brush, paste , soap, shampoo, conditioner and all the stuff. The toilet has bidet water spray shower👍🏼, this is very important bcoz it keeps me very clean and it saves lots of tender trees being slaughtered to make those toilet paper rolls. The toilet paper and the shower are separate so it means two people can get ready at the same time, saves time , and the sink is outside in bright lights with mirror and a additional two sided binoculars mirror to zoom on your face and do the minute detail work to look handsome with shaving and females to do their make up 👍🏼🤪 Don’t book any tours online bcoz at the reception they have many tours and at reasonable prices ( i recommend- Island hopping- keep cash for coconuts, water, and some islands have entrance fees - No credit cards and the Oxygen helmet under water experience- take back up battery charger for your phone with your water proof small bag) Boracay is cool and fun, spend sometime around the D mall area and take the street going towards the beach . At night the beach street is also happening place. Happy travels , safe travels. ( i guess the hotel must hire me as Marketing consultant 😃😀😂😃)

Refill of food must happen in breakfast area and it must be quick, in fact it must be refilled when it reaches finishing levels. Sometimes i was told, this item is finished Keep fruits fresh and away from flies. ( i know it’s not easy)

All staff are accommodating and hospitable. The place is aesthetically beautiful, just as you see in the photos; it's a wonderful place to unwind and relax away from work. I like how it's a smoke-free establishment. It's also strategically located between accessible roads, convenience stores, body spa, restaurants, shops, and just a few minutes' walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool because it was heated. We are satisfied with the room (clean, functional, spacious, and quiet); their staff also did great at cleaning our room. They are also generous with towels; you can just borrow one you could use to the beach). The breakfast buffet is just okay. Hue Hotels is something you'd like to book again and again and again because it feels homey comfortable and familiar and beautiful.

Breakfast : Reasonable service, so good. All staffs were so kind, security crews also welcoming us always. The best reason that I recommend, the reason we should visit again : bar. We visited bar at pool, all bartenders were so joyful. Tastes were always so good absolutely. There were new staff at the time, others helped her nice, and the moments made me delightful. We are so thankful of them, the time with them was like a gift.

Room was clean, but they missed some little services but they helped immediately.
