The locations is superb its near station 3 and accessible to the road. This allowed us to hail etrikes at any time with a normal fee instead of paying for special trip ranging from 15-30php(upto puka) Staff are really polite and helpful always all smiles, they even allowed my rented bike to be kept in their ground floor office. They also have a coffee shop and a grocery store at the ground floor which is very convenient during your “petsya de peligro days!”🤭 The room was also well kept and clean, you can request for a daily cleaning if you prefer. They also have beach towels for your beach trips and lastly they have a restaurant and a pool upstairs on the 5th floor of the hotel. Needless to say it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

thank you ECL Resort for the warm and great accomodation experience, staff was very acccomodating,loves the choices for the breakfast. They provide toiletries and hair blower. Our room is very clean and also the ambiance is very good. They also have elevator. 10-15 mins walk from hotel to beach front. Complimentary drinks are served.Mini mart is also beside the hotel. There is also atm machine in front. The hotel is also located beside the road safe even you walked in the evening.Beds are very comfy.

The property is conveniently located along the road, making it easy to take an e-trike and only few steps away from the beach. They have amazing staff that are incredibly friendly and accommodating to all requests. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They serve a good breakfast, and we were even given takeaway snack (sandwhiches and water) when we had to leave early.

This property is so clean, great location and has a nice pool and rooftop bar. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They will give you towels for the beach or tours. They can book your tours for you and arrange airport transfers. About 15-20min walk to DMall. About 5min walk to the beach.

Only thing is it can be a little loud from the corridor so would recommend ear plugs but other than this it was perfect! Would stay again!

The hotel staff is friendly, and the place was easy to find because you gave the address of the Mini Mart. My friend and I mostly traveled for work and leisure, and at times we would feel tired from walking from the beachfront back to the hotel, lol. The facilities work very well. They were able to accommodate our requests and also allowed us to stay on the top floor for our work. The internet fluctuated at times. You get what you pay for in ECL Hotel. My only issue was the distance from the beachfront. Haha.

Our stay at ECL was surprisingly great. At the price range, you get the same comforts available in pricier options. What we liked: Wi-fi: Great wi-fi; extremely reliable; no limits. This alone seals the deal. Early check-in: Early check-in was especially helpful, considering that we arrived at the property at around 10 A.M. Upfront, the staff offered to check us in early since the room is already available. There were only 3 guests at ECL during our stay (Aug 10 - 13), which is nice since it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff: Staff were stellar, all of them were warm, helpful, courteous, and just pleasant to interact with. Air-conditioning: It's cold :) Rooftop bar: Drinks are so affordable, you could be forgiven for having a little too much; bar has great potential and can benefit from more creative and aggressive marketing. Competitive prices can only go so far; I suggest events to truly make the bar arive.

The room we booked didn't have windows, so it can be a bit dark and claustrophobic at times. Breakfast options are a bit limited. Elevator doors open a bit slow; kinda suspenseful but creepy when you're arriving late at night.

The staff are very accomodating and welcoming. The facilities are good and clean. Good value for money.

Great staff, very accommodating, all are smiling and greeting every guest with comfort. The beds are so nice, they even upgraded our room for free. Their food was delicious as well as their coffee.

The elevator was not working during our stay but overall its a wonderful experience
