First of all: the Paradise Garden (PG) is a 3,5 star property, which means my review is based on 3,5 star expectations. The ultimate treasure of the PG is it's staff. Super friendly, attentive and helpful employees, with an outstanding front desk supervisor. Location is superb as well, directly at the wonderful white sand beach, although it is spread over a huge terrain and depending on which part you stay in, it may be up to 300 meters to reach the beach. Several excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance (e.g. "Giuseppe" or the Grill house). Rooms come in different types, which may vary a lot, depending on the wing you have booked. I did stay in the premier wing, which was excellent (quiet, yet fairly close to everything). All rooms come with individually operated AC, Minibar, Safe deposit box and Flatscreen tv, though. Guests are allowed at no extra charge until 10 p.m. The hotel offers an airport transfer which I strongly recommend, although it's quite expensive. It's reliable, super easy, comfortable and fast (speed boat).

I understand the hotel is mainly booked by group tours from Taiwan and Korea, so the included breakfast is designed for their taste. But some more options for Westerners would certainly not hurt. Plus: when you come late for breakfast ( like 30 minutes before it ends) you will find a lot of empty plates - refilling is poor. This urgently calls for improvement. General remarks ( not criticism): Do not book a room next to the beach unless you are a party animal. There is live music at the beach every evening and close by accommodations can be noisy. The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations. They try to do this as "invisible" as anyhow possible, but certain areas may be closed and some noise is unavoidable ( although they really try to make the annoyance as little as possible)

At 9.30am the reduced area for continental style breakfast (rest is Asian which is ok and understandable) is practically finished… you need to ask for it otherwise is not replaced Just as improvement Rest all great!

The pools were great and my kids loved these the most. The lifeguards were extra vigilant and even checked the age of my eldest who really wanted to go on but was just under 12 and they didn't allow her. Beach is great and has a lifeguard too. Breakfast was OK. Staff were helpful and kind to the kids especially. The band and fire show were another highlight for us.

Booking through booking.com made it look like breakfast was included for all our party but upon arrival it was brought to our attention that the hotel's Ts and Cs state the promo rate is only for 2 of the room's occupants. That was disappointing and so we had to alternate our breakfasts between ourselves and the kids as it was very expensive to pay the extra. This should be clear on booking.com instead of saying *breakfast included* Secondly lots and lots of ants in the room.

Pools are good, comfy beds and good AC. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Right on the beach. Had an issue with my tv one night and someone came right away to fix it.

The whole grounds could have done with a good jet wash/ paint, it looked a little run down. There weren’t a lot of beds around any of the pools so it was hard to sunbathe. At check in they took a 2000 peso (£28) deposit which they said had to be paid cash, then on check out they return it to you. Terrible system for us who are going straight to the airport to leave the country because you’re left with all the cash.

Good green territory. Beach not so crowded as at station 2. Good for swimming. After changing the room from 1st floor to the 4th floor we got the room that was clean, not wet and without mosquitos. Evening show at the restaurant. The transfer back to the airport was fast and efficient, 1000 per person.

Very slow check-in and check-out. Deposit 5000 pesos in cash. After long discussion agreed on 100 usd. Breakfast is strange, usually only eggs and pancakes are more or less edible, other dishes are plain rice, awful sweet meat etc. No tea, only watermelon as fruits. Long line for simple fried bacon, why not to fry it in advance? We ended up bringing tea, juice and cheese from the nearby shop to the breakfast.

The pool opens at 7:00, however, it is currently in a rather unsatisfactory condition. The pumps are not functioning, and there is a significant amount of debris on the surface of the water. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6, but it's not ready either; most of the stations are still setting up at 6 – even the eggs, pancakes, and waffles aren't ready, the a la carte station's a disaster, and the toasters are cold and unplugged...

1. The Personnel were all accommodating, easy communication and flexible. We opted for a king size bed then they show us first the room if we like it 🤗👌👍🏼💙💙💙 2. The location - the whole area was huge and can do a morning walk before everything. Outside is the main Road, and the other side is the beach area. 3. The Swimming pool with the lifechanging Slide plus the cocktail bar 🍸🍹🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️. And they have Lifeguards on Site , Perfect!!! 4. They have pool tables and the fire dancers 🎇🔥💃🎱 5. The buffets : One can choose which buffets to avail, since the hotel was also surrounded outside with recommended restaurants 👍🏼👌 I never thought it wouldexceed my expectation. I will sureöy be back in this hotel and definitely a good Recommendation 👍🏼👌💙🤗🤗🤗

There were only minor problems like in the shower room, but overall I love my experience in this Hotel 👍🏼👌💙

Such a lovely play connects to the beach and can organise trips either with the hotel or on the beach. They have all different kinds of pool and plenty of space to lay back and relax. The main poll was amazing and open till late.

The only issue I had is when returning pool towel they tried to charge us for a towel that was not returned when it was. They marked down 2towels borrowed when only 1 towel was borrowed so just make sure you read the docket and confirm with them that they have marked it off correctly that is the only issue I had here.

too many mosquitoes in our room and outside our room. Me and my son got so many mosquito bites even we put repellant it won't work cos they're just too many. I hope they can put insect repellant in and out the room.

We had an amazing time in Boracay with my family! The resort experience was beyond our expectations—they generously upgraded our hotel room since our parents are seniors, which made our stay even more comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff was warm and accommodating throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast—it was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options that everyone in the family enjoyed. From fresh fruits to hearty meals, every dish was well-prepared and satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful trip filled with great moments, and we truly appreciated the resort’s hospitality. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
