The breakfast was often cold, and catered for the Asian Market. There was nothing for Europeans. When I did place an order for a all day breakfast of scrambled eggs it took ten to 15 minute for them to arrive, then for some strange reason the chef decided to add onion to the egg making them totally inedible. The chicken Adobe I ordered one night was all bone very if any meat on it. The food was a let down. Also I notice only one or two restaurants were you could go for a quiet meal without a singer in the room.

Their spa is now permanently close, I hope they find new vendors soon. There was a cockroach in our room and lastly, I felt the hotel is less lively compared to when I last stayed back on February 2020.

Overall, the majority of the property was fine, and the staff were nice outside of the front desk staff .. I had an unfortunate experience with one employee who was very unprofessional and rude about a henna stain accident that happened on the bed linens. I was treated like a criminal then they charged me over $150 for compensation which was over half the value of the old linens we were using. My husband I weren’t very pleased with this.

The room was big and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location directly on the beach and you could walk in both directions to find nice restaurants so it was in the middle of the (food) action. They were very willing to change my room to a room close to the beach so I didn't have to use a lot of stairs or walk far since I recently had an operation inhibiting my walking.

They did not provide any way of transport from and to the airport. Breakfast was not very good, no bacon, no yoghurt. The sunny side up eggs were fried and kept warm which made them less enjoyable and the boiled eggs were dry. The internet was slow but manageable.

The staff are friendly and very nice. They immediately response to your need even your request. Two thumbs up to all the staff. The hotel facilities are good and it has a very comfortable atmosphere. It's like home away from home.

The breakfast needs improvement. I know its free, but it has a carinderia vibes and the food they serve is like what you can find in carinderias. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with carinderias, but come on, please don't serve ginisang ampalaya and ginisang sitaw on breakfast. It was unlike the first time I stayed in Golden Phoenix.

What I don‘t like is that there is no free Drinking water for the Guest. Only 2 small bottles of Water

Location is safe and not crowded. Staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast were delicious and have a lot of choices.

Nothing at all

I recently stayed at this beach front hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. They have delicious breakfast, which was both varied and satisfying. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. If you’re looking for a great beachfront getaway with excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
