Kind and accomodating staff. Able to attend to our requests in a timely manner. Offered nice breakfast. Situated near the beach and other establishments. Big and spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Good value for money. Front desk is open 24 hours. With cable TV set.

No kettle. No toothbrush. No toothpaste. With terrace but without view. Not sound proof. No elevator. No phone in the room. Some outlets not working. Do not offer lunch and dinner.

All the staff are very honest, kind and helpful. We left a mobile phone and they called us immediately before we knew that we left it. Unfortunately we are on board back to manila we cannot go back to the hotel, they are very generous to send it to our home via lbc. Salute to this hotel and to all the staff. Thank you very much

The staff were so nice and very accommodating to our requests. We also liked the variety of free breakfast meals they offered. The rooms were clean and comfy. The indoor pool was a plus, especially for us who have kids. For a group or family traveling together, El Puerto Boracay is definitely good value for your money!

Good location, close to everything but at the same time quiet. Staff were lovely. Bed very comfortable. Sheets and towel change upon request. Cable tv and fridge in room. Breakfast options from varied and tasty.

Balcony unfortunately only good for hanging laundry as faced a wall and was a but scruffy. No proper outside space to just sit.

I like the location quite peaceful, just 5mins walk goin to the beach, breakfast free are not bad, the thing we are lucky we got the 4pax promo discount during our booked to stay. We had almost 50% hotel discount promotion for 2 nights. Great job El Puerto. Staff are kind and very accommodated.

There are no elevetor. So hard to go back and fort since our room on fourth floor. But not a big deal.

The in-house pool reduces the hassle for tourists should they prefer to swim but does not prefer to go out. The staff is also friendly and accommodating; they smile and greet us every time we go out for sight-seeing and return to rest.

The place sometimes are slightly swarmed with mosquitoes, especially in the lobby. It might be nice if there are also mosquito repellants in the lobby aside from the one in the pool area. Also for future improvements, adding an elevator might help tourists to move around faster without tiring themselves.
