This is what you call a holiday… the staff are always available but not hovering. They are polite and genuine. The service is impeccable and the facilities are just beautiful yet relaxing. Nothing is too hard for them and the food choices are wide and varied but all very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience top quality service in a friendly yet professional atmosphere

Maybe I am old fashioned but I don’t believe a swim up pool bar is a place where children should sitting and ordering food. It made trying to have a relaxing drink at the pool like afternoon at McDonalds with the family..

The property was kept clean, maintained well and the facilities were great including the pools and the pool bar - the staff we’re out of this world kind and attended to everything requested to make sure you were comfortable.

You have to pay top dollar for your room to use the gym for free - I was a little annoyed it wasn’t mentioned when I booked as I wanted to use the gym and had to pay for it regardless of me having a superior room, they only allow to use it for free if you book a suite. I wasn’t really impressed with that

I like how friendly the staff were. During check-in, the guest ahead of me had a lot of queries so the transaction took a while. All Front Office staff were engaged but the ones who fell in line in another lane were entertained already even if I arrived ahead of them. I patiently waited, but one FO staff, Apple, made a way so she could process my check-in. And as an extra mile, she was able to give me a room at 1pm. I had a wonderful check-in experience because of Apple. The property was also close to the beach and clean.

The check-out was okay but the Front Desk staff could have been warmer in his approach. He did not inform us that it was okay. We also heard guest approached him if they are okay to go. I believe to properly close the transaction, he can inform guest that they are free to leave the hotel.

Location was great staff were very polite and helpful. Buffet was great also worth the money when comparing to London prices. Our room was pool access so convenient for us..... Open door jump in pool worth the extra.

Our 1 bed was big enough for 3 people so having to pay extra for our 6yr old I didn't really understand. It states room is for 2 people but with pool access you more than likely have children with you not a biggie but options should be better for families.

Staff were amazing. Everyone smiling at you all the time. Private chair at beach.

The hotel is huge - so a lot of people, a lot of kids. Breakfast was gret but crowded. The hotel is nice but if you look for privacy and silence, that is not the place. Ideal for family I would say.

The location was great, beachfront and pool in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast was great, loads of choices. Staff were great, greeted everyone with a smile.

Booked a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. However, we have been placed downstairs with a garden view. There was a cockroach and we had insect bites after our first night in our new room.

It is our 2nd time booking in Hennan Regency. The first one was 10 years ago and we really like the hotel however after 10 years you’ll see the difference. The furnitures and the rooms look a little bit old. We have to call at the front desk upon arrival since the door near the pool wont lock, the lamp and chairs are broken that they need to fixed it first. The air conditioner took 15mins or so to make the room cooler. Theres a bed bugs in the bed. Good thing the staff are very accommodating that they were able to resolve our issue but it took a while to fix it.

Perfect location, huge territory for such a tiny island as Boracay is, very smiley and good trained field staff including the security guys. Facilities are in condition despite being a bit old and needing a repair somewhere. We got what we paid for, and our time there was awesome firstly because of the exceptional location in front of the beach with dedicated sunbeds that you never have to be worried about.

Poor cocktails at the bars, not really welcoming reception staff. And formally it's not a 5 star resort: no bodywash in room, no dressing growns, no slippers, no full length mirror. Overall, they don't care about simple cheap small things that distinguish a 5-star from 3 or 4. From the very beginning you notice that they don't really care about you as a guest, and that feeling stays with you during all your stay. But I'm not sure if you will ever mind any of the mentioned, there's nothing better on Station 2.

We really loved how spacious and comfortable the bed was. Never had king size bed that size. The location was excellent, very easy to get anywhere whether it be Station 3 or 1. There was able sun beds on the beach and it was great to see that people didn’t place their towels on the sun beds to reserve and not use them for hours, very respectful. The best thing about this Henann Regency is the very kind and friendly service you receive from the minute you walk in from everyone that works at the resort. Beach security guards were excellent, but all the staff that worked in Christina’s Restaurant were exceptional, from the staff that worked the morning shift to the staff that worked the afternoon shift, they always provided outstanding service and were always very attentive. Alyza, Red and Angela were superb. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again.
