Breakfast choice differed everyday so I rate it 5 stars

I booked a total of 6 or seven rooms as I was with a bunch of family and friends. At check out , they said a face towel was missing from my room!! I told them that when our room was cleaned, they took the dirty face towel which I put in the shower but did not replace it with a new one. I noticed there was only one by the sink(there should be two) so obviously they forgot to replace it. It did not matter to me that we had only one but of course was shocked to get told at check out time that one face towel was missing. Anyway, they let us go with no charge :)

The hotel itself is excellent. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good location. There is a walking path to go to the beach that google maps doesn’t show. You don’t actually need to go all the way around. Just turn left when you exit the hotel and you will be at the beach in 4 min. There is a small gym which is a bonus. Could be improved as half of the equipments were ooo. We used it everyday regardless.

Breakfast is ok but missing variety. Good for 2 days then you get tired of it. The street that gives access to the hotel is REALLY bad. I thought people were exaggerating but they were not. If it rains you run the risk of walking in mud. It’s ok for the young ones, as it’s an adventure. But I saw some older people and please with luggage’s really struggling. Can blame the hotel for that, but I guess this reflects on the price of the rooms, as they are aware of this issue.

The breakfast was great, especially the beef tapa. Good room service from the resto, big servings. Loved the staff, they were all so nice.

The aircon took a while to cool, had two visits from home keeping and maintenance to fix it but it was not cold enough. Everytime I used the blanket, I would sweat. No slippers provided. And I think a blackout curtain would be better than blinds. Treadmill in the gym wasn't working.

Seems like quite new hotel and I don't have much to complain. Big room and nice bathroom with everything I needed. And very nice staff.

Breakfast wasn't very good, except the fresh juice was awesome. Path to beach is bit muddy and rocky, but our family could handle it, so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is new. The staff is friendly. They can call a tricycle for you at the reception if you need. The location is good, very close to the beach. Food for breakfast was average but the lunch menu is good, prices are like in the nearby restaurants or cheaper but the food is better.

I wish they had food signs with ingredients during breakfast. I couldn't always understand what it was. The internet connection was unfortunately very unstable. I also had mobile internet and it didn't work when the hotel wifi didn't work. So maybe it is a Boracay thing, not necessarily a hotel problem.

We liked that they put themselves in the shoes of their guests and think of solutions even for the tiniest things, like a flashlight or clothesline. Not all hotels have this kind of perks, even in hotels of other developed countries. Although the beautiful infrastucture may seem to be slowly blooming its way to the competitive neighboring hotels, the hospitality of their entire staff from reception to restaurant or even from bell boy to maintenace outshines the rest. They are like a family welcoming guests or your favorite friendly neighbors. Yes, one may still find something to argue with or request for, but they are ready and happy to help guests, like us.

Aside from very nice facilities (rooms, lap pool, gym, restaurant), I would like to praise all the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They really made us feel that we are on a vacation. The food selection from their restaurant/bar is also exceptional. Masarap lahat. Fairly priced as well. We really enjoyed the pool after sunsets. The rooms we got are very lovely as well - clean and spacious.

We have been warned about the puddles in the walkways to the main road and beach. Luckily, it was sunny all throughout our stay. Also our seniors are still able to walk. It would be difficult for seniors/PWDs on wheelchairs. Other than that, everything is exceptional.

My room is 306, located on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool. Although this hotel is rated only 3 stars, you will find many pleasant details here that are unlikely to be found in higher-rated hotels. The staff is very friendly and smiling! The entire hotel is very clean, including the entrance, lobby, and pool area. In my room, I couldn't find any mold in the shower—well done. Now, about the pleasant details. The bathroom has toothbrushes, face towels, glass cups, a magnifying mirror, towels for the floor, feet, and body. A beach/pool towel is provided once a day. The room includes a safe, kettle, tea accessories, coffee, cream, mini-fridge, hairdryer, and, unusually, two umbrellas in case guests want to shelter from the rain or sun, and even a flashlight. The room is impeccably clean and pleasant to be in. Near the TV, there is a list of available programs, which is very convenient. The room is nicely decorated with cute decor, paintings, and a mini vase with a live flower. The balcony has a table and two chairs. Everything is well thought out. What else could be added? If the hotel has bathrobes, which they do, then slippers are needed :) Please add slippers. Also, a socket adapter could be provided :) Nevertheless, the hotel is close to ideal! The only downside is the road to the beach, but it's just a 2-3 minute walk, and this is not the hotel's fault. Yes, it's not on the first line, but for this price, it's simply a magnificent hotel. By the way, if you smoke, the hotel has a special place where you won't bother anyone, away from everyone. The hotel management is doing a great job; the main thing is to keep up the standard and maintain the level!

I love the room, the bathrobes, toiletries are complete! Shampoo, body wash, condtioner, body lotion and hand wash. Amazing! Mejo nakulangan lanv siguro sa room slippers but nevertheless, it was really good, very accomodating. And you can ask daily cleabing of room. You can ask for beach towels anytime too. The staffs are very friendly and respectful. They will greet you everytime they see you anywhere any corner of the resort. Really good. Really Filipino.

Mejo nag expect ako ng room slippers but ok lang . And hoping sana magkaroon ng per glass order ng wine na rin kasi ang cozy din ng swimming pool. Good for reading, or with wine as well. Per bottle kasi sa bar/resto nila.

Once u exit to the beach it’s really near the talipapa and station 3 port. There’s also a lot of cheaper shops near the area than DMall. Very nice staff. Rules of the hotel are understandable and guest-friendly. Relatively okay breakfast food, don’t expect though.

The ice cold pool isn’t that enjoyable for us, though I’d understand if it was enjoyable for others. The path from beach to the hotel is VERY muddy, hopefully they get it fixed by adding some gravel to avoid slipping also since I nearly slipped multiple times.
