Coast is in a fantastic location on White Beach. The beach is beautiful and the perfect location for the amazing sun sets, which we were lucky enough to see a stunning one for the five nights we were at the hotel. The stand out of the hotel is without a doubt the staff, making this hotel the best hotel we’ve stayed at across the world (this includes Europe, Asia and the US). Joey and Ben offered five star service around the beach area and made our stay unforgettable. We would like to once again say thank to the both of them for making our trip. We will certainly be back.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

Coast isn’t cheap but we thought it was worthwhile.

The staff are very welcoming and take a photo when you arrive and print it out upon your check-out - a first for me! They greet you with a drink too. Also, free popcorn and ice cream and delivered home baked filipino cakes, daily - love these little touches which I've not seen before - goes a long way! The art-deco style of the property, impeccably clean too. Beautiful lighting too around the pool and trims of the corridors at night. The location is incredible - literally on the beach front, right where you need to be. Next door is a really good fresh seafood restaurant! One of the best things was the free transfer from Catlican airport, including van and speed boat and also all the fees and entrances taxes for the island are included and handled by the accompanying hotel staff - that was worth its weight in gold. We also had the entire return trip privately to ourselves - we felt like royalty. This hotel really exceeded my expectations and we will be back. We had the loft room with the kitchenette.

Minor thing, like the Wi-Fi password on the printed card in the room being wrong (quickly rectified by IT who came to the room) and there was a coffee machine in the kitchen but it didn't have the correct power adapter (US) so I had to use my own, small complaint, but you'd think the hotel would provide (as well as providing a kettle).

Our stay at COAST Boracay was great! You can enjoy two pools or the beach, which is just outside the hotel. There are enough sun loungers, so you can usually find space even if you come a bit later. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful! Jonny takes great care of you on the beach, always ready with fresh towels and water. He’s also a great photographer! The beach was clean, with plenty of shade from palm trees, and the water is beautiful—no lumot at all! Rooms are comfortable, though the Wi-Fi doesn’t always work well. You can enjoy happy hour drinks in the restaurant. The dinner wasn’t great though. Nice little touches like complimentary popcorn and ice cream add to the experience. Breakfast was okay—just a bit limited sometimes if you come later. Overall, I definitely recommend COAST. When we come back to Boracay, we’ll be staying here again. The amazing staff, clean beach, and available sun loungers really made a difference!

We had such a lovely time during our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. They really made our experience feel special, especially with those delightful little treats they left in our room – what a sweet surprise! We absolutely adored Cha Cha’s restaurant and couldn’t resist going back for more delicious meals. Breakfast was a breeze with so many options available, so everyone found something they liked. Plus, the airport transportation was a fantastic perk that made our journey super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! A big shoutout to Kuya CJay for being so friendly and for all the awesome recommendations! You're the best!!

The stuff and service were just outstanding! Constantly made small, caring gestures. Always took care of us and attentive our wishes. Room clean and nice, and in our room was 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, which is very comfortable if one wants to shower and the other privacy in the toilet😆 Excess straight to the beach for breathtaking sunsets and chilled sunbathing (coconut trees natural sun shade), with amazing service and constant refresh with cooled water, totally safe for belongings (always stuff watching it). It was so far one of the best places we stayed in Phillipines and not just for the location, but for professional care of the stuff!

Brought my parents back to the island after 11 years. It’s also my daughter’s first time in Boracay. Thanks to COAST Boracay for a hassle-free vacation. From private transfer to accommodation, you are treated as VIP! I’ve been to Boracay a few times but this is the BEST hotel experience we’ve had so far. Pros: - Private VIP transfers to & from the airport was seamless. - Buffet breakfast with sea view 😍 (breakfast is different everyday) - Poolside & beachside butler service - Unlimited ice cream & popcorn from 3pm-5pm - So many freebies - tote bag, sanitizer, beach slippers, snack & fruits everyday in your room - Babysitter available - Kid-friendly / senior friendly - Excellent and attentive staff 👏🏼 There is nothing you can fault about the team. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. 10/10

I couldn’t think of anything! Everything was perfect!!!

- Excellent hotel, right on the beach. - Exceptional staff. Especially the guys who serve drinks and towels on the beach and look after the beach chairs. But the other staff were also exceptionally friendly. - Perfect transportation with their own boat. - If we were to visit Station 2 again, we would of course stay at the Coast again!!!

The only criticism is the breakfast, where the hotel could improve. The selection is poor. The bowls containing cereal, for example, were dirty and sticky.

Our second stay at The Coast and everything about this property is fabulous. From pick up at the airport, speedboat across to Boracay island, check in with refreshing towels and welcome drink. The rooms are nice, modern and clean, the pool area is kept neat and tidy and guests are attended to with a smile all the time. Plenty of pool towels, balls and lounges. Every afternoon there is free ice cream and popcorn. Buffet breakfast is good and does the job but we have had had better. Lunch snacks are plenty to keep you going until dinner. The beach crew are the best!! They set you up in sun or shade with a mate and plenty of towels and cold icy water that is replenished frequently. Location is great, beachfront and metres to restaurants, shops and bars. Special shout out to Jony, Ben and CJ plus Bryan at the front desk who never seemed to sleep and always welcomed us each time we left or returned to the hotel.

We love everything about this property so nothing to fault but I would like to see lounges back on the beach 😊 next time we stay

Staff cant do enough. Especially boys on the beach very friendly. We have enjoyed our stay 7 days.

Breakfast could be improved. Wi-Fi is very slow its number 1 priority to improve.
