Second time to the Henann Palm Beach Resort. Absolutely love this resort, the staff are incredible, the location is perfect, the breakfast was amazing and the swimming pool is superb.

A man walked into me at the breakfast while i was holding a cup and the cup slipped out of my hand and the hotel charged me for the cup. I believe this is very petty and I this really left a bitter taste in my mouth. I even cut my finger open and yet the main concern here was the payment of the cup.

The Staff were the best. Everyone was smiling and very accommodating. It felt like, we're all friends! Cause the staff also try to engage in conversation with the guests, which I find really nice. Facilities and the location were perfect. Sky pool , the resto and the 2 bars were just perfect in place. The location was just also convenient to everywhere. It is a property that makes me wanna go back again!

Just small problems like the AC in the room had water leak and there were also ants on the bedside table. And just a suggestion, maybe it would be nice if they stop the vendors from invading the beachfront area, where the sunbeds are, so the guests could really relax in peace. We had a dinner buffet and we found a fried fly on one of the food. As their apology, they gave us just a glass of cola, (just for the person who had the plate and since we did not acquire the unlimited drinks)

Staff were not very attentive at pool bar downstairs. Standing around looking down or chatting that they didn't notice people waiting. They would forget drinks ordered and needed a reminder when you finally got their attention again. Buffet area however, staff were top notch. Super observant and could not fault them.

A comfortable stay on the beach in station 2 with a gym. I enjoyed the pool access room and pool bar. There is live music each night until a little after 2100h which can be easily heard from your room. The breakfast food was substantial but I missed having some banana and non dairy milk options. There is no western style toasted muesli or granola/yoghurt. There is a buffet at night if you wish to pay. Definitely book the transfer via the hotel or other apps. Going by boat involves carrying your suitcase over a narrow bridge to your boat. Boatride is short and safe is calm. So make sure you can carry that and your hand luggage easily. You will need cash to tip locally. An e trike costs about 100 pesos to station 1 and about 400 pesos to the other beaches. But getting back from those isolated places is hard.

The hotel deserves its 5 stars, everything was perfect : • The staff were so kind and professional • The room was super clean and spacious • The pools were spacious and clean • Front beach perfect location • The shuttle made our life easier and it was fast, totally worth the money • u can book all the activities with the hotel which great Would definitely come back we loved our stay 🫶🏻❤️

One thing, I guess they could work more on the food, not many options pork free on the breakfast and the dinner buffet. I understand that most of the clients eat pork but would love of the hotel to considerate people who don t also 🫶🏻

Great location. We stayed at this property for 15 days- pool access room. All the staff is great and very friendly and professional. Room was spacious, modern with a comfortable bathroom.

The breakfast does not include espresso/ cappuccino. You have to pay for it. This is expected at 5 star hotels - even lower category hotels include this in their breakfast at no cost. Gym has very limited schedule- which make it’s hard to have access during your vacation. Also it’s crowded when open cause the gym is limited . Never seen this at a 5 star hotel where you don’t have proper access to the gym. The main road to hotel is a disaster - a dirt road full of pot-holes . And if it rains it’s not walkable. Hotel should take initiative to get that fixed.

The hotel is amazing. the staff are very respectful and amazing. John Michael and Jason were very helpful. Nelson and Kim very helpful. Very beautiful hotel for family. This definitely kids favourite hotel. The room downstairs having direct access to the pool is amazing. The sky pool is amazing and beautiful view. Anyone will enjoy the hotel in many ways. The pool is one of the best features of the hotel. Good value for money, you won't regret your holiday here. Direct access to the beach area after breakfast. Amazing hotel for relaxation and good holiday spot.

They should upgrade the TV in the room and get chrome cast for the TV. They should upgrade the gym abit. Put some more equipment in there.

Great location. Close to lots of food options and a short walk to DMall. Right on the beautiful beach front. Great pools! Staff were so friendly. A great family vibe. Well organised transfers. Breakfast buffet was overflowing with options. A big shout out to Ace who always looked after us at breakfast time. Ace was so kind to our 3 year old, friendly, welcoming and always willing to serve. Also a big thank you to the security guard (Quinoñes) who was so kind and friendly to our 3 year old son. We felt we were being so well looked after and he always made an effort to put a smile on our sons face.

Boracay is busy so the resort itself is bustling. It is a busy place, lots of noise, loud music at times and you can hear the peoples footsteps in the apartment above you. Our room fridge didn’t work which meant we couldn’t keep any drinks cold.

I've stayed at another Henann in Alona Beach which was amazing. I was a little disappointed when I got to this one in Boracay. It was a little rundown and in need of paint. The room was okay. It got the job done for a reasonable price. The staff was great as always at Henann. Ronald was attentive to anything I needed and Noel the security guard was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Alleah in the restaurant gave personable and professional service every time I ate there.

The long, thin dirt alley to get to the resort. I thought we were entering through the service area just to find out it was the front of the resort! When I booked the rooms I booked 2 rooms with king sized beds. When I arrived I got 2 rooms with a queen and a twin bed. I felt the property could use paint and upgrades.
