I like that the staff are accommodating and welcoming. They gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival and we were able to do early check-in free of charge. We also have access to the skybar and pool at the deck which is great since we're just staying to enjoy our last day in Boracay. The place is also near convenient stores and restaurants. They also serve a free breakfast buffet.

The wifi connection is intermittent, but it's fast and can cater for working folks. I just used my phone's data to avoid work interruption, other than that the place is very much recommended and I'll definitely book again soon.

We liked almost everything, the serviceminded staff, the perfect location, , the pool, the room and the cleanliness, that there was a fridge and a safetybox, the breakfast etc etc

Some small details that could be improved: We only had one bedtable/reading lamp-would be great with two. The remote to the ac did not work all the time for some reason. And we would like two have two key cards, very unconveniant to only have one. Otherwise everything was perfect and we will most likely come back!!

You are always ready fo welcome us with a smile..And to ODESSA from the customer service, thank you for being so attentive and understanding to our needs, you even offered us an extra stay since we missed our first day. Since we were traveling with 2 kids, 6 and 1; you made our stay so easy breezy.

A Wonderful Stay at Aloha Hotel! Our stay at Aloha Hotel was truly enjoyable! The hotel met our expectations in every way, from the warm and polite staff to the excellent amenities. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—definitely one of the best parts of our stay! We also loved that the hotel has its own bar and swimming pool, creating a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape during the day. Overall, Aloha Hotel delivered a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service. We will definitely be returning!

One thing we feel could be improved is the lack of a designated area to rinse off sand before heading back to the rooms. Coming from the beach, we noticed that without a place to clean our feet, sand could easily get into the rooms and even clog the bathroom drains. Having a simple foot-washing station near the entrance would make the experience even better for beachgoers.

Facility wise, it was a great place to stay for my family as it provides all the necessities we needed. According to my family, the rooms they had were sufficient and had all the facilities they needed. As for us in the deluxe room, everything was great as well except the remote control of the TV wasn't working well that we need to use the back of the TV to control the volume and we couldn't find the channel panel. The rooms of my family has Netflix too which was great, I wish we had that as well in our deluxe room. Kudos to the beach towels provided for guests everytime we go to the beach because it was really convenient and nice to have a towel wrap around you walking wet back to the hotel hahaha. We also appreciate the welcome drinks they gave us upon checking in, it was refreshing.a I also like how attentive, helpful and polite the staffs were. The breakfast was sumptuous as well and we enjoyed it a lot. My family love the location too as it is near the road and we have nearby shops to buy last minute souvenirs. I personally choose this hotel on my own but I love how my family was contented and happy about it. It is only about 5 mins walk to the beach and have nearby restaurant with buffets and shops.

Nothing really. It wasn't about the hotel, it's more of the people outside the hotel and alleyway who keeps on following us and hovering on us almost every minute offering us tours every time we walk on the alley to and from the beach.

The location is good. Few minutes walking to white beach. The room is clean and comfortable. Many choices for breakfast buffet. Tasty food

everything is okay and the staff are good. There is just one staff at breakfast - the one wearing yellow which is very rude and unprofessional. I can hear hear ranting and talking about other customers that are dinning about face masks. She can just tell them nicely to wear mask when getting food at the buffet station but she rants instead. I understand that it is a very busy morning but yeah she can just tell it nicely and no harm on that, but it can affect the experience of the customers on the property.

This hotel is such a nice place to stay, with easy access to the beach making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. More importantly, the air conditioning was incredibly quiet, and the room stayed comfortably cool throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot by the ocean!

The shower was spacious, providing plenty of room to move around, though the water pressure was a bit weak. However, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. A solid choice for a relaxing visit!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly cooperative and kind chef. My daughter has a wheat allergy, and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. He was willing to cook anything specially for her, ensuring she had a safe and delicious meal. It made a big difference for us, and we truly appreciate the care and flexibility. Thank you so much!
