Few days before our stay, I was advised by the staff that the pool was under renovation and the elevator wasn't working. I was so sad about it as the pool was the main reason why I chose the hotel because I have 2yr old kid who just love to dip in the pool and we also have PWD with us. I was about to cancel our stay but they offered us 2 rooms at the lower ground to still accommodate us. They gave me the details and I was ok with it. They then updated me again I think 2 days before our stay that the pool is already operational and so as the elevator. I was sooo happy about it and I appreciate that they keep me posted with the updates every now and then. We came early prior to our check-in time and I asked if it's ok to use the room and since it's available, we were lucky to go inside the moment we arrived. Everything else went smoothly until our last day in Lime. I so love the staff who were super super nice and accommodating, our room was so spacious and clean which my family enjoyed so much and the beach and pool towel was so convenient for us that we don't need to worry brining our own cause lime got us covered. Location - 2-3mins walk from the beach which is tolerable for us. The road was cemented anyway so we have no problem with it. Breakfast buffet - just the typical filipino morning breakfast, just come in early to enjoy the complete set which changes daily. Though the selection was not variety, it was just enough for us and my family enjoyed it. Lobby stairs and ambiance - the stairs going to the lobby was really a challenge but for us, it's tolerable and you'll get used to it. I think the lobby needs a little renovation as some of the areas looks old already. Superior family room - We love our room. It's super clean and they offer cleaning service for free and they also changed our kits. We were advised that their room wasn't sound proof but we didn't experience and noise from the other rooms or guest.

Cleanliness and staff were good

The breakfast hall can't accommodate all guest. Not big enough. When we were going for breakfast the guy incharge in the door told us to come back after an hour because it's full. So we decided to take breakfast somewhere else. It's bad that we were not able to avail our breakfast.

Though it wasn't an actual beachfront location, I liked that public transportation was accessible right in front of the property. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the beach was my plan anyway. My top floor room and pool location offered a great view of the ocean and sunset. loved the "lime theme" going on, especially the lime scent in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Hotel staff were kind and attentive. The included breakfast was decent.

I think the major thing for me is that the hotel is not handicap accessible. I traveled with family members who are in their 70s, so the stairs to get in the lobby were quite a task for them. There was staff always available help with your items, though. I thought it was kind of weird that children were included in the reservation but that I had to pay extra for breakfast.

Location was good, staff were very nice and helpful,comfortable bed.

We didn't like breakfast- served like buffet, where fried eggs was cold and if you like to have eggs for breakfast you'd have to be there at 7am. Coffee only filtered, no tea or coffee bags to make own tea,no toaster. in general all breakfast menu is Philippines type with rice and meats.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. Location was good close to the beach but far enough away not be be bothered with the noisy nightlife. Rooms were cleaned for arrival.

No daily housekeeping. They did clean one of the rooms I booked but this had to be requested.

Room and bed size was perfect for our family. Staff were all kind and accommodating. Location is near the beach, just less than 5 mins walk. The pool at the roof top had an amazing view and we enjoyed having our drinks at night by the pool.

Breakfast is monotonous and is served downstairs in the restaurant, but you can tolerate it for a couple of weeks. The staff is great and the location is one of the best on the island. 5 minutes walk to the white beach. To the central square too
