They request 2000 php deposit for each room on arrival and this information is not disclosed in booking.com description. I gave up on that as my family was tired and we wanted to check-in. I had to argue to receive second key to the room (double room) instead of just getting it on request. It's a digital key so no problem to create another one. We had to request TV box as TV doesn't have any channels but they provided on request

We stayed with my family there for 3 nights and we booked 2 standard rooms. The place exceeded my expectations--very Santorini vibe. They have welcome drink and the staff are very accommodating. The rooms are so spacious. The pool is huge, perfect indeed for travelers w/ kids. But what I like the most about the place is that it's very close to everywhere. Very close to D'Mall and to the beach front of Station 2 because they have a private access to the beach. Would highly recommend the place.

For soon bookers' information, the rooms are not totally soundproof. You can easily hear the rooms beside you. Our rooms are located near the access road to the beach, and we can hear passers-by talking while going to the beach and vice versa. But this doesn't affect my rating for the place because they have such an excellent place.

Stayed once before and booked the exec suite again. Spacious, clean and with a view over the pool. They have now stopped all meals except breakfast, which is a shame if you don't want to go out at night or relax by pool and have lunch. It would not put me off going back as it has it's own charm quite unique

I like that it has direct access to the beach although not in front of the beach or no beach view. I also liked that it has a big toilet, a swimming pool and a garden area where you can sit and relax. I also love that its very accessible to Dmall and all other shops.

Not a lot of breakfast options if you want to eat in the hotel.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The beds were also quite comfortable. The breakfast offerings were simple, yet satisfactory. The walk to the White Beach was exactly 5 minutes. From there all the restaurants we chose were 2-5 minutes away walking. The bath towels and beach towels were of excellent quality. Upon request a small team came and THOROUGHLY cleaned our room, yet, if not requested we were not bothered by daily maid service. My wife, son and in-laws enjoyed floating in the pool. I myself enjoyed a daily 10 K walk on the beach, at the shoreline, at first light. We met many kind, interesting strangers from the US and Europe on the beach. The wide, varied, interesting and satisfying selection of places to eat, all conveniently close, is the best aspect of Boracay. Very complete meals for 5 adults averaged P4-5000 with tip. The Philippine serving staff at all were quite pleasant (no complaints).

Positive: 1. Staffs are very kind and lovely. 2. The hotel itself is very elegant and comfortable. 3. Very near to the beach and the access is very safe. 4. Smoking area in the back door is very lovely and there are a lot of trees. 5. Water pressure is very strong equipped with hot water too but you won’t feel it like a nearby beach hotel because the water taste normally. 6. Free welcome drink. 7. Even though I not use it but the pool very clean and quite spacious. 8. The room is very clean, waxed and spacious with chair and small table outside the room with view to the garden. 9. There is a hospital in a walking distance and a lot of restaurants and pharmacies.

Negative: 1. The road to the hotel quite rough and small. Luckily we came at dry season. So it’s not wet and muddy. 2. No restaurant at the property so no breakfast.

Near DMall. Easy to get an etrike. Room service was available. Beach was nearby - but you need to know where to go. We were not given clear instructions though and went the wrong way the first time around. Room service was responsive.

Check out took a while. Also they wanted to charge us some ridic amount for a missing teaspoon! They didn't charge us in the end.

Pool area was nice. Location was good, near beach. Room and beds were comfortable.

There was no chairs on the terrace, it was little bit disappointment. Safety box was difficult to used, cause there was no instructions.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a great shower! The pool, pool bar, and garden were beautiful. There was plenty of outdoor space to chill and sit. This hotel offers GREAT VALUE for the price. It was also located in a great spot with a hallway leading right to the beach so you don't have to walk all the way around! 10/10 highly recommend it!
