The ambiance was cozy. Tropical feel, very breezy which is nice because it was quite warm, humid in March. It was quiet and affordable. Staff warm, has sense of humour, courteous, so accommodating. It is like a hostel, but better. Has sink, hot pot[kettle], free bottles of water- replenished every day, free instant coffee provided. Outside food allowed. They have Coke products, juice for sale. Sheets sooo, soft,crisp. But blankets are really thin. With the individual a/c and a fan to push air was amazing. Also a fan in "our " loft. It got really cold- thankfully, so you might want ro travel with your own blankets,or snuggle up to keep warm. 😆

It is NOT handicapped friendly. 😬 No wheel chair, no walkers, accessible. NO elevators. You ring the bell, the porters come down and take up your bags. ONLY Stairs to get to rooms. 😬🥴🥱 but doable if you are not mobility impaired. If you need a walker, wheel chair, can not do more than 10 steps DO NOT BOOK this hotel 😉

The staffs are very accomodating, this is what I like the most. You will not hear a slight of condescending or rudeness in their tone. Every request has been granted. The room is clean, still have a place to walk even though there are beds on the floor. The place in the 4th floor is very relaxing with the view of the beach and nature. It's also very quiet you can really relaxed here.

Since it is near the beach, you expect people to have wet clothes that needed to be dry, but our room doesn't have a place where can we dry our clothes. But some rooms do have.

The location was superb as it is centrally located in Station 2. It is close to everything. The room we have stayed is perfect for family - it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

I don't remember of anything that I didn't like. But just to remind all other guest - that since this is situated on a elevated place, I suppose it will be a challenge for senior citizens and PWDs going in and out of the property as you need to climb stairs.

I loved that the staff are always so nice, friendly, approachable and courteous. That's an A+ for us. The place is near the beach, approximately 3-5min walk if you go through the alleys by Hennan/Hospital. 7-10 minute walk from the beach if you go through D'Mall.

I didn't like that the rooms/area have a ton of mosquitoes. My children woke up one morning with multiple mosquito bites on their faces and bodies. So, whatever you do, do not turn off the mosquito light in your room and always put on mosquito repellent lotion whenever you're in the room and before you go to sleep. I also didn't like that they didn't serve breakfast so we always had to go out to get something to eat.

Very clean. The staff are very polite and we are so surprise its not packed but we were also so glad because we really enjoy that the place is so serene. The room was well kept with very friendly and helpful staff

They have the stairs and was a little bit inconvenient because we had our toddler with us but we don’t really hate it that much because you can even take cool photos there and if you have something needed to bring up you can ring their bell and someone will always come to help you

Rural setting. Beautiful gardens. Very peaceful. Small cottages to rent. Large comfortable bed with good quality linen. A kettle, coffee and mineral water was provided. Large shower room and toilet. Staff are helpful and upon my request made omelette and pancakes for family breakfast. I am from UK. I recommend this accommodation.

place is situated in the middle of the island, therefore easy to go to restaurants, dmall and the beach. easily less than a 5-minute walk.

no elevators; just need to climb stairs. maybe not advisable for pwds and with senior comanions; but a nonissue to backpackers and young travelers

This is a great place to stay in if u want to be away from the noise of the front beach 😀 The room was spacious and complete with ameneties. It was great that everyday you get bottled water and toiletry supplies. The highlight of this hotel is their very kind and amazing staff! Everyday I was greeted with smiles from all the staff! I also felt safe going back to my hotel at night coz the path is well lit and kuya guard is always there!😀Thank u to Kara, Shena and other amazing staff during my stay. God bless u! I really enjoyed my stay and was able to rest and relax! Excellent excellent service!! Thank you so much!! 😀

None - everything's great!

We really enjoyed our time at Bora. The staff members are superb. They are very kind and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also good. I came with friends and our special requests and queries were well taken care of. The location was also close to D Mall, pharmacies, restaurants, the hospital, and a walking distance from the beach. Overall, it was a great experience.

The stairs. Though it helped served as a good exercise especially when leaving in the morning, it is not very ideal if it is raining.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was fairly close to everything. It was also really clean upon arrival and cleaned every day for us.

The toilet kept plugging so that was a bit of an issue - but we were able to use the bathroom downstairs and they were quick to come fix the issue.
