Location...swimming pool and nearby the beach.

The breakfast was very poor Room keeping need to improve...second night staying at around lunch time...I went out to the beach and left the label in the door to make up the room and on the way back...the room wasn't tide...wasn't touched. Needed to asked for toilet paper and coffee and sugar.

it’s clean, comfy, near the main beach. Did not expect the room to be that good at all. They have their own pool with sunbeds if you wanna chill and take a break from all the beach activities. Staff were all super nice and accommodating!

Our room is in the 4th floor and it is quite challenging every time we have to go up to our floor then down back again. They dont have elevator, unfortunately. The shower part of their bathroom doesnt have cover or doors so the water splashes will reach the dry part of the bathroom, so it gets messy. Also they didn’t provide us hangers for our clothes.

I like how they offer affordable rooms over the phone. And they give privilege for senior citizens (my mom). we were assigned to 3rd floor but instead they transfer us to 1st floor with bigger beds. Thanks to the staff who was assigned last time Nov.3,2024 around 3pm. Kudos! I hope they will add 1 more ulam sa breakfast and unli rice too ☺️

very accommodating staff. the building has an elevator (availability depends on the room you book). clean room with a nice balcony. :)

unfortunately, the bread that came with breakfast had mold on it, and we didn’t notice right away, so my sibling ended up eating half of it. but when we told the staff, they quickly replaced it with a new bread.

First, the location - 5mins walk away from dmall. Second, the staffs are really nice. Elevator was under construction tho, good thing the staff helped me with my luggage. Pool was nice, sheets are nice - hot water as well.

The only thing bad about my stay is the internet speed, so if you're a digital nomad better be prepare for an alternative internet source because their wifi is REALLY REALLY BAD.

It’s close to anything (bars, shops, boat trips, restaurants). You can walk from Station 1 to Station 2 and 3 and to Bulabog beach (10min walking). They provided beach towels which was great. The food from room service was tasty, try the double decker sandwich. The pool was nice, water is cold so it was so refreshing to swim there. Staff super friendly and helpful. Received a welcome drink when I got there, they also helped me with transportation from the airport.

Had some issues with my door lock (couldn’t get in my room for 3 times), but they helped me all the time. Prepare to kill some ants if you leave some food outside. No toilet paper, but I think it’s normal here haha.

Just a suggestion. If the staff took the dirty glass and cups out of the room , they should replace it straight away to avoid drama on checking out. We check out very early in the morning, no reception . A caretaker checked our room before checking out and found out we were missing 1 cup. Despite our explanation that staff didn’t replaced it. He still kept insisting it will be charged on him. There should be a set rule of replacing them straight away. Also family room with balcony’s toilet should have a glass barrier a bit longer between the toilet and shower Every time we had a shower, water goes all the way to the toilet floor, give us more job to wipe it dry all the time. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I have no regrets booking with Red Coco Inn. My family and I had a good overall experience. The staff were polite, approachable, and quick to attend to our requests or concerns. The amenities and food were good. They were proactive in providing suggestions, for example, they inquired about senior discounts for my mom without us having to ask, which I really appreciated. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Our 6-day stay was enjoyable overall. I will definitely book with Red Coco again when I visit Boracay.

Honestly, this is not really "dislike" but a little bit of feedback. Maybe consider adding elevators to all of your buildings, especially for seniors. Other than that, I can't think of any.

The TV was a bit hard to manipulate ( the cable box is behind the TV so it was hard to switch channel i need to click on every angle until i find the correct way! There is a tiny gap on the wooden floor On the door of the bathroom i dont know the name but it’s like a screen thing is broken The water suddenly turned off 2 times but thankfully the maintenance was quick to repair it The staff are friendly ans welcoming i don’t habe complain about it But i just hope to be more reponsive on the phone.. we were calling for the roundtrip the day before we leave.. with no reponse(been calming a lot of times) … receptionnist must not let the phone ring for more than 3 times… if they are not on their desk bring the phone with you.. (i work in a hotel,as a front desk also)
