Great place to stay for kitesurfing. The location is perfect it’s just off the beach and walking distance to everything. There is some great food in their restaurant and a short walk away. The rooms were clean and any issues were addressed and tended too. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The aircon unit in the room 205 was old and not a usual aircon system which was noisy. Also drains smelt in the bathroom. The shower heads need a better holder because you can’t shower properly without getting sprayed in the face.

Lazy Dog has a quiet and accessible location in Boracay. If you want to be away from the noisy party crowd of Boracay, then it's the best place to stay in. It's near the beach front so anytime you feel like walking along the beach, you can just step out. I love the laid back and charming ambiance of the place. It's got a homey feel. The breakfast is super and the staff is very warm and accommodating.

I came earlier than check in in time. Although my room was already available, they said they would charge 100 pesos per hour until 1pm. So I just waited. I wish they wouldn't charge anymore :)

The place was amazing. The staff super friendly and helpful at all times. The location is great 5 min walk to the main beach which we loved because it was quiet where we slept away from the noise. The atmosphere was very chill. The shower was good with good controlled temp, the room had good air conditioning. The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced for boracay. And the dogs were extremely lazy, it wasn't a lie lol.

Honestly, nothing really, other guests smoking outside their room but can't help that. We just moved away when people were smoking since we don't like the smell.

Lazy dog was recommended by a Filipino friend of mine and this place was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The staff was super courteous and helped with tours, laundry and recommendations. The breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious! The location is excellent. Boracay is a small island and one can walk everywhere. I also met the "lazy dog" which was slightly overweight.

First and foremost the food and staff are second to none! Thoughtful and friendly service from reception to the cafe staff to the night guard. A gourmet breakfast included each day in the price of the room was such a treat. Regardless of whether or not you stay here, the food makes it worth visiting. Waking up to jazz each day is a great way to ease into the day😊 To top it off, the location is excellent, right by back beach and walking distance to everything. Lazy Dog is a gem!

Rooms could be updated and AC is a little noisy. But all this is minor in comparison to all the wonderful qualities this place has.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect - just few steps away to Bulabong beach, 10-15mins walk to the main beach area. The room was cozy, clean and smells good. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. If you want to avoid the crowd from the main beach area, Lazy Dog is perfect for a calmer and more peaceful stay. This B&B felt like a home away from home. All the staffs was incredible welcoming and helpful. Shout-out to Joyce & Randell (from Front Office), Therese & Riza (from F&B). To whoever the owner of the B&B may be, I kindly request that you take care of the team members, as they are an asset to Lazy Dog Bed & Breakfast. Would definitely stay again when I visit Boracay again in the future!

EVERYTHING! -perfect location, even if it was closer to Bulabog Beach, it was still less than 10-min walk to D'mall and it's tucked away in a quiet street. - we felt safe walking along the street even around 10pm. The property also has a security guard from early evening onwards. -AMAZING staff members. They were very attentive, helpful, accommodating, and overall gave great service - We love that there were various choices for breakfast: from shakshuka, omelette, to pancakes, to traditional Filipino breakfast, and amazing coffee! - WiFi was strong, and the whole ambience of the place was relaxing; the common area/ dining area was perfect to have your meal, or just chill -comfortable bed and pillows ; spacious toilet; you have your own balcony and a clothes rail for drying too (We stayed in the cottage queen room)

-very minute detail only: a solid headboard perhaps on the bed to lean on. - nonetheless, we definitely recommend this place and we'll be staying here again in the future!

It was in a convenient location. Right on the back street of Bulabog Beach. If you can get up early you can watch the amazing sunrises from that side of the town. Property itself had good amenities, however, they were little outdated. It was very clean and if you needed it was cleaned every day. Restaurant staff were amazing, breakfast was so yummy and huge portions to fill you up easily. They arranged transportation to port as well. The restaurant staff were kind enough to make me my own tea. Restaurant and lounge area was nice to chill at night time and security guards made it feel secure at night time as well.

It may not be directly property related, however, I didn’t realise that I only paid half of the amount had to pay the rest. There was a little confusion about that, however we were able to solve it. Double check your booking arrangements as it was more costly than what I was expecting.

All the staff - from kitchen to the reception, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and eager to serve. Just a few steps away from the best (for me) beach in Boracay! There were lots of activities, restaurants, and basic needs stores (like laundry and supermarket) were very close to the b&b. I love that they had pets (dogs and cats) and lots of plants in the property. I also love that I could lounge in their dining area for hours and even do my work there because it was comfortable plus the WiFi was strong,

FOOD - I chose Filipino classic breakfast favorites--i.e., Tapa, java rice, eggs on my first breakfast, and Daing na Bangus, java rice, eggs on my second. Both are tastefully plated, complete with spicy vinegar dip, and paired with a lovely cup of Vietnamese brewed coffee in a Moka pot. I love how generous the servings were; it was belly-filling and scrumptious. I wish I had more time to sample their other menu offerings--so next time it is! ROOM - The room I got was really spacious and serene--as in I could hear birds chirping in the morning and cicadas clicking at dusk. Although sparse in furniture and seating (only 1 monobloc chair was inside beside the TV mounted on the wall that I couldn't use to watch anything with because it's showing static on the screen), I love the super comfy queen-sized bed and 4 cushy pillows all to myself. The AC isn't super strong but there's a stand fan provided so it kept the room cool and comfortable. I love the dim lighting by the bed and the bright one by the mirror, sink, countertop, and wooden dividers for storage of other stuff and clothing to hang. Body wash, shampoo, tissue roll, and huge bath towels were provided, so don't forget to bring your toothbrush/toothpaste/floss and hair conditioner. The bathroom is clean, airy, and spacious. There's also a bidet, which I always mark as a plus. The water supply didn't get interrupted unlike other hotels I've been in, and the water from the rain shower head is consistently warm/hot. All in all, I can say I'll consider booking a stay with the Lazy Dog B &B the next time I visit Boracay. LOCATION - The B&B wasn't on the main road, so expect a short walk to get out where you can hail an e-trike (official PUV in Boracay) to go around the island and or ride the van for your transfers and such.

I know it's just a B&B and not a 3-/4-star hotel, but I believe guests would've appreciated it more (I know I'll do) if there were disposable cloth slippers provided--for comfort in walking on the cold wooden floors and for sanitation so as not to bring the outdoor footwear indoors. I brought my own room slippers just in case, and it came in handy. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and it's worth repeating.
