The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the location wasn't bad for the price. Everything was also very clean and the layout of the room was pretty standard.

The check-in was delayed because of room confusion. A lot of things in our room weren't functioning as intended as well, including the falls in the veranda pool, the door's closing function, the TV functions, etc. These weren't too bad but kind of affected the experience.

Limited selection of breakfast or we just expect so much based on the videos we saw on youtube. 1st room that we had everything is not working properly, AC, hot shower, lights for make up room request, drainage and lastly the water fountain to our plunge pool. But they are accommodating enough to change our room and be comfortable.

I’ve been to several hotels in Boracay, but this is by far the best (in terms of value for money). Location: step outside and cross the street and you’ll be at DMall, the easiest access to the White Beach. (Plus it’s just in front of Jollibee!) Room: TV cable has a variety of (working) channels, but it turns off after an hour or so, it’s a bit inconvenient. There’s a safe and small refrigerator. The bed is comfy. There’s an expansive corner where you can work with your laptop. I have a view of Bulabog beach. There’s a stuff thingy for hanging wet clothes at the veranda. Shower is good, you don’t need to be an alchemist to mix a good water tempt, though warming the water takes time. Staff ensures that your room is clean everyday. New towels, toiletries etc. Staff: The hotel has the warmest staff ever. But there are those who were just forced to greet you as part of the hotel’s rule, you can always tell. Amenities: Two pools, one just near their restaurant and one infinity pool with a faraway view of the beach. The infinity pool closes at night which is a bummer because what about the night view? The buffet breakfast has a good variety everyday and it opens at 6am! It closes at 10am so bummer again. Other details: it’s a bit hard to find your room at first because of the hotel’s architecture. Best to seek the staff’s aid.

Nothing. Just a suggestion, I’m not sure if they have it already, but it’s good to offer a room for single travelers. I booked a room for two and it’s so huge :)

- Staff very accommodating when friendly - buffet breakfast, but after staying 10nights it's get a bit boring - nice and specious room, looks bigger then on photos - close to main beach area (dmall) - got room with pool access - good WiFi* (for most of my time while working there was no problem, but sometimes 1-2 times during night time for like 5-15min the internet speeds drops, but I could use data as backup) - Generator works in case of brownout

It's not like I don't like, but breakfasts could have more variety. There was only brewed coffee, but some espresso/coffee machine will make it better Overall place worth to consider to stay:)

The location is perfect, very close to the shops and restaurants, 5min walking. They arranged the transport for us from the airport to the hotel and back with an extra price. The staff was very polite and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty with a lot of sweet and savory options and with a egg station. I will love to come back next time

The only small thing I can say is that was not much space for the bikinis and the towels after the beach

The property is centrally located and the staff are very friendly. Room service is excellent as well as the breakfast. If you have the opportunity to stay here I would definitely do it. The hotel boasts a welcoming you will not forget and anything you need is provided. Even the office manager Armina goes out of her way to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The manager runs this hotel very well and the owners should be proud to know he is doing a good job for his guests.

This hotel has a low star rating. If you are looking for 5* Treatment at a great price. There is no other hotel to choose. Altabriza should be your first choice over any others on the island. We spent our Honeymoon here and an experience we will not forget.

The wifi connection was not the best at the room and more if I was in the roof top, I would just lose wifi. The roof top where the pool is located is so lovely but I think there is a lot to improve. It would be amazing if there is another pool facing the other way so people can see the sunset while swimming and the bar being restored as it was all empty and not very nice.

The hotel is superb!! Our room was beautiful with comfortable beds. We had a door access to the outdoor pool. The stay comes with free buffet breakfast. It was average but it’s still very nice with lots of variety of option that changes every day. There are two pools downstairs and upstairs. The hotel has a very warm feeling to it and everyone’s been so lovely! Location is amazing as well with resto/bars everywhere and walking distance to the beach. Overall no complaints at all and everything was amazing!

It is the first impression of the hotel and I can tell how much they care about guests. - The staff members are great and especially Charlyn at the lobby assisted me with everything perfectly. - The room has a modern feeling with a LG ceiling A/C, a big flat screen TV, a desk for work with its own light, big space to hang clothes, a safety box, comfortable bed and pillows and the bed linens were very clean - The whole property has this pleasant scent and I really liked it - Two swimming pools with a good maintenance - Breakfast was decent with the separate egg station which is essential! - Location is amazing as it is right across from MedExpress in case you need an antigen test - 2 mins walk to Dmall and 5 mins to the white beach station 2

- Unfortunately there were small ants around the coffee/tea set and around the shelf under the mirror in the bathroom - My room was facing the main road and the second night, there were some motorcycle with a loud muffler noise at 4 AM and it woke me up a few times but that's not the hotel's fault.. - Shower water turns cold and hot often - No water bottle in the room except for the 1 L glass bottle per day. If you need more than 1 L you need to pay. - The 3,000 piso deposit is required in cash
