Everything was on the highest level: hotel location, interior and cleanliness of the rooms, food, entertainments, service and sensitivity to our request. We recommend to stay in Feliz as long as it allows for your vacation - you will not get boring. Mr. Alan, thank you for all activities, that you offered for our kids - Pizza Master Class, Chief experience, Fire Show. Hopefully, we will have a Cookies Cooking Class next time. 😉Hotel team can also organize additional water activities, so you won't have to think about any worries. Very near everything especially a ton of restaurants. Very near the beach as well. Elegant interiors and very approachable and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious enough. Thank you to all the staff I communicated with even up to my very late arrival at dawn of the next day from when I was supposed to have checked in. Travelling during the Christmas season is a real challenge especially with the itinerary I had prepared moving across several destinations over the Christmas Holidays.

Not a lot of setback from adjoining properties that are not so visually appealing (ongoing work in some). However this seems to be common in this part of Boracay due to the sizes of the lots and how tight developments are allowed to be built.

We were a family of 3 adults. The room we were in was very spacious. It had 2 king size beds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The AC in the bedroom can be personally controlled to your liking. The room and bathroom were very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great! We were looked after by the staff very well. The staff I think is the best asset of this hotel. The reception staff were great! I had a smooth check in & check out process. The waiters & waitresses at the restaurant and rooftop bar were all helpful & accomodating. The staff at lobby giving out & receiving towels were very quick to provide attention. The room service staff were quick to respond to requests. The location is perfect. Right in middle of D Mall. Very accessibke to restos. Although it is not beach front, the beach is less than 5 mins away. I prefer this, as the beachfront can be quiet chaotic with the crowd of people. The buffet breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices. Couple of negative feedback I have are; one, there's construction work happening beside the hotel. Which can be slightly annoying, but this is only during the day. Also the bathrooms close to the resto on the ground floor needs some attention. Needs cleaning, and one of the sinks was not draining properly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you Feliz!

We had some issues with 3rd party logistics service provider and Mr Dan was very prompt to take all the actions and made our stay as great as possible. Thank you! Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Security is always on duty and its very safe. Breakfast is very yummy and special thanks to Mr Mico for his great service in the restaurant. He was always attentive and very quick. Wifi and tv works well. Improvement for housekeeping as he had started cleaning and vacuuming the upper floor at 6:30 am, but he immediately stopped when i walked upstairs.

Fantastic location, just metres from the famously stunning White Beach. Beautiful building surrounded by the best restaurants and cafes and d' Mall. You can't get a better location. Staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and made our stay special. The rooftop pool has beautiful 360 degree views around the island. Rooms are spatious and beauitfully elegant and comfortable. We'd definitely stay at Feliz again.

Breakfast was average. If they added sourdough, some granola, yoghurt and more fruit, it would cater more to westerners. Also coffee wasn't great. A coffee machine at breakfast would be great or staff learn how to make a good latte, it would be a game changer. Shade umbrellas by the pool would be great, as it got hot by the pool. Everything else was perfect and we'll choose to stay at the Feliz again. Thanks for having us 🙏

Location was the best! Everything was close by, including the beach. Staff were very friendly and professional. I got sick while there and the room service staff were very helpful and considerate. The rooms were beautiful and well thought out. Everything worked and were very clean. The lobby was so welcoming. The hotel restaurant was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the rooftop pool area and the karaoke area. It gave a great view of the beach.

The breakfast meals were delicious as well as the lunch we had when we arrived. We ate there a couple more times after but the dishes were bland. When walking to our rooms, there were parts where the view is really bad - dilapidated buildings or abandoned construction areas.

Best selling points of this hotel are location and staff. It's located in the heart of D'Mall so anything you need is a short 5-minute walk away. Then, everyone's so helpful and accommodating everytime you step in or out the hotel there's always a warm smile and a ready hand to help. The ambiance is also really nice, rooms are clean, hallways smell amazing. Great stay all throughout! For light sleepers, there's music/entertainment playing in front of the hotel every night, anyway there were light sleepers in our group but we weren't really bothered nor had trouble sleeping so that's fine I think.

There wasn't much variety on the breakfast options in the hotel but that's okay. Good thing is if you want to try something different for breakfast there's always plenty of restaurants to choose from near the hotel. Also, I wished there was a hair dryer in every bathroom, though the lack of it isn't really much of an inconvenience to us.

I’ve been in Boracay so many times but this is the best accommodation, so far! We upgraded to a Suite room with adjoining King Deluxe room. Usually, we stay in Station 1 but Feliz’ LOCATION was perfect when travelling with young adults. The Spanish AMBIANCE was reminiscent of my stay in Madrid. The architecture was spot on and there were a lot of picturesque spaces in the hotel! The BUFFET BREAKFAST was fantastic with plenty of choices and quality food. Best though is the PLEASANT, CHEERFUL and HELPFUL staff! Quite a team they got there! Special shoutout to Chris who was so kindhearted in assisting us when we needed medical attention (not related to our stay in Feliz) ♥️

First our feliz suite room is beautiful ,reminds me of our stay in madrid spain. The location is a stone trow away to the beach , restaurants and souvenir shops. And finally the staff super friendly yet profesional, specially to mention . head concierge cris who never failled to make us feel at home who assist us untill our last day from hotel to the boat,i really apreciated the big effort. The housekeeping team Eric who always make sure when we come back to our room everything is perfectly clean.the amount of details cleaning our room is impecable. The receptionist personnel Rose who always have her smile to greet us and make it smoothly and fast our check in and check out. as i personally worked in hotel industry in paris i can tell that feliz hotel have a great chance to level up with high end hotel in boracay. And the only thing i regret is on my 8 days stayed in boracay my first 2 nigths feliz suite room is not available so i end up with other famous hotel but what a dissapointnent . Me and my husband will deffinitely comming back and i will bring my whole family. Merci beucoupe Feliz Hotel for making our stay like its our second home . A bientot
