Great location very close to Dmall. Very attentive friendly staff. 2nd stay at this boutique hotel just as enjoyable as the 1st visit. Recommend.

Feedback from our 1st visit still remains a challenge for this hotel. 1. Staying in this hotel be prepared for the pool music far too loud that penetrates the rooms 2. Hotel needs to keep on top of maintenance. Front of shop is perfect but further inside standards drop. This particularly evident in the rooms… but once you’ve overcome the issues then your stay is lovely 3. This stay the breakfast options were not as good or as tasty as our visit in January. Still ok but don’t let the standards dip further please

I stayed in the premium twin room. The hotel is so much better in real life. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities such as the pool and gym were clean and easily accessible. The hotel is located in Station 2 and directly in front of the beach and close to d'mall, really worth the money. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and with a beachfront view, what more could you ask for? The restaurant has great food and cocktails. We were given a souvenir upon check out which was unexpected but such a lovely gesture. Would stay here again.

I requested food be delivered to the room on one of the nights and after 30 mins of waiting I called reception on the status of the order and they said it would take another 50 minutes. I ended up canceling the order and went somewhere else.

The location is super, right in front of the beach, a perfect 10! It is near to shops and restos in Station 2. The room that we booked had a seaview, the balcony was really up front. The room was spacious enough for a family. The buffet breakfast was super and varied everyday when we were there (for 10 days). The staff and managers were friendly and very accommodating!Just a minor thing, not really a complaint. The internet wifi, we had to update every now and then the password, that was only limited for 3 days. We stayed 10 days so we had to update all gadgets from time to time, but it was not really an inconvenience just an obeservation. The bathroom door and the toilet also made noises when used, maybe they can easily be checked for maintenance. But the rest of the room facilities were really maintained well. Keep up the good work! All in all, our stay here was worth every penny paid.Will definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

The hotel is beautifully situated in front of the beach with a few rooms with sea view balconies. The restaurant also have a few tables in front of the beach. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is situated in the busiest part of the beach but the beach is huge and beautiful with great sand. We looked for a place to celebrate new year’s with family and children and we could sit in front of the beach and easily go down to the water to see the fireworks. They didn’t have the best New Year’s party on the beach but it was nice with children.

It is a bit expensive for the standard.

Staff were wonderful and attentive. Made to feel special as they always knew what room you were in when returning to get keycard from reception. Any issues with room were rectified immediately eg TV not working, came back from outing and a new TV in room, shower was cold … working perfectly the next day .

It’s an older property and it is a bit tired, however you can see it is continually being maintained . Breakfast was a bit limited, but what was available was tasty.

Colourful boutique hotel with great location staffed by an exceptional team.

The rooms cluster around the pool which has a bar that insists on playing loud music from 10am until 9pm. This could be improved as most of the time no one is there to listen to the boom boom base penetrating guests peace. The other issue to keep an eye on is maintenance. First room had broken toilet. Second room had broken faucet and tv did not work. 3rd room was great.

Staff are friendly. Location is also nice and accessible to everything. We love the free towels and beach mat.

We don't like the flooding alleys when it rained. Also the receptionist we talked to, when we asked direction, didn't inform us that we can request for assistance and cart for our bags. She just told us to walk with our luggage going to the hotel. It's a good thing we have a friend who came before us and arranged assistance for us.

Service was excellent. Ms. Faith is very welcoming, all the staff were polite and courteous. Location is very accessible and convenient. Beach front hotel with a pool. Hot and cold shower. Comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet.

Room lighting, the bathroom needs little improvement

The staff was very friendly. Started with a staff member guiding us to our hotel at drop off. From the front desk , lounging area and to the restaurant. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. Made my welcome stay very enjoyable. All was clean and accommodating to the beach boardwalk. Food was very good too!! I would definitely come back! It was affordable and pleasant.

Great location on the beachfront, close to D-Mall and Good Value! The rooms are basic but very neat, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is a small but lovely selection of hot and cold food/fruits etc Pool area is great with plenty of chairs, sun lounges and bar. The staff are beautiful - very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for accommodation that is basic but good value for beachfront location.

No lift - but if you don't mind stairs, this will not be a problem. Staff are happy to assist with baggage etc.
