The location was excellent and the staff were the best in Boracay and we have stayed in quite a few hotels very professional

Location!!! Staff!! I’m going to miss the staff heaps, they cared for my little babies so much. The location was INCREDIBLE. The beach front was the one part of the beach where I wasn’t bugged by other people. We had beach front cocktails when the kids were napping. And when we wanted to do watersports, the facilities were right there. Quiet walk by the beach? Perfect. I stayed at so many hotels in Boracay (lots of 5 star hotels). This hotel was the only one that ticked all my boxes in terms of location, staff, cleanliness. And at that price! It’s the only hotel I’ll stay at again and again. You actually think there’s a catch because it’s so affordable, but there isn’t. It’s just as good as it seems.

Location is just in the middle of everything aside from being in the front beach it is nearby popular restos and bars

A little bit of the noise around the room we were staying at, may want to put on soundproof walls or something.. not enough hangers to hang wet swimwear. But overall it was rlly a pleasant experience.

Location is perfect! Staff is amaaaazing!!! Charlie is very professional and even the restaurant staff is very accommodating, Kuyas who assisted us during our last night and when we checked out! Thank you for your excellent service! Facilities- worth the price, room is spacious ( Family Room), clean, smells nice, i loveeeeeed the interior! The only thing needs improvement is the bathroom :) i like the bathroom in the first floor though, but make no mistake the bathroom in the family room is clean and nice ( just needs improvement in the interior, that's all :)

I truly love the location of this hotel—it’s very strategic, close to everything you might need, and the best part is having the beach right in front. The ambiance is so relaxing, making it a perfect place for both rest and leisure. I’d also like to commend the entire staff. Everyone I encountered was consistently warm, friendly, and accommodating, which really made my stay even more memorable. A special mention goes to Precious, who went above and beyond when it started raining heavily and the hotel umbrellas had run out. She kindly lent me her own personal umbrella—such a thoughtful gesture that shows the genuine care they extend to their guests. Overall, the service, hospitality, and location make this hotel an excellent choice, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Just the clutter in the beach front. It looks untidy especially during rainy weather

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff were fantastic. I was on my own but I was made to feel like one of the 'family' by all of the very special people that run this hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from organising trips to helping me find places to go. The Royal Park Resort is my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world and I will be back

Wi-fi could improve, not reliable for work. I work & travel , so wi-fi is very important for me.

We chose this place for two reasons - location and beach access - and it didn’t disappoint for either. Located just at the start of Station 1, it escapes the extreme chaos and noise of properties on station 2, while still being in the thick of things. And from what we could make out, was the only hotel on that stretch that had a seating space/bar/restaurant on the beach. It was quite nice to sit there and have a beer in the evenings after we came back from a day of exploring. We stayed in Deluxe double room and it was very, very spacious. Though it would have been good if they had kept some more tables etc to keep our bags. Bathrooms were not too large, but modern and clean. The staff were super nice too. Friendly, helpful and always around the answer questions. Shout out to Jon/John and Waltz (I really hope I’m not messing up the spelling but apologies if I am). The staff was also incredibly hard working. We saw them around regardless of how late or early it was. I don’t know when they took a break!

Assembly/pick-up and drop off for most water activities is right in front of Royal Park Resort Boracay. Beautiful beach front hotel with a back door that makes it easy and accessible from the main road to the hotel rooms and lobby. You dont need to drag your luggage through the sand to get to your room/hotel. There are stores (sari-sari store) near the hotel as well. They have friendly and accomodating staff -Especially kuya Charlie who helped us with our fun activities. Look for kuya Charlie -he is very kind and he can help you a lot. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. Our room had 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. The bathroom is spacious, has hot and cold shower, bidet and hair-dryer. They also restock shampoos, conditioners and soap. My husband and I personally love the decor of the room. Beach towels are available at the front desk for guests to borrow. Breakfast is good too. We enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely book the same hotel if we visit Boracay again.

They don't serve food/pica-pica past dinner time because the kitchen as we were told, is already preparing for the morning breakfast.

IT WAS THE BEST STAY, the check in was so smooth and fast, they gave a welcome drink, the staff were all nice , and they give you real smiles, the room was super clean and bed was comfy, the location is perfect, right on the beach, you can enjoy breakfast on a magical beach view, jon is a staff there helped me pick some activities on the island, with good prices, its just the perfect vacation
