Modern and clean. Near the main road, quite few steps to the beach. The staff are nice except for the one named Boy (Guard), he is in-charged in the luggage area, sometimes in the towel area. He is arrogant and disrespectful. We experienced that first hand but we chose not to make a scene and ruined our whole trip. he made us look like a fool when we asked what to do next and where to put our luggage, he makes fun of our unawareness of hotel procedure. He makes another scene as I was leaving the hotel.

We got 4 rooms for the whole family. It is a good choice. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good. Center between brach line and highway.

-our toilet in lower ground room 114 smells stinky. A foul smell from the drainage is coming out specially in the morning. I informed the front desk and she told me the staff will go and fix it but nobody came to fix it ao we have to endure the smell. -there are no lights in the pathway from the beach to property at night and we felt unsafe passing through it.

Breakfast and location

We were checked in at room 404 , we called the reception area and requested for a new coffee cup, the receptionist asked " Di nyo po kaya mahugasan?"

Great service. The hotel is always on top of what we need. I also commend the Piccolo Hotel for great breakfast options for kids and seniors.

Unfortunately, the hotel location is only accessible through an alley that was flooded when we arrived. There was a makeshift walk way provided but it could be better if Piccolo and other establishments work together to solve the flooding problem permanently.

The location’s near the city center making it accessible to public transport should you wish to reach other places in the island. The room is spacious and has its private bath. The place offered plated breakfast - but with generous serving.

During check-in, frontdesk officer informed me that complimentary drinking water will be provided daily with the room. I had to ask on the 2nd day in the afternoon but never got any. I just got a bag of toiletries hanging by the doorknob. Also, the road going to the property if you’re coming from the main road was flooded for days. Had to walk on improvised walkways to get to and from the property.

The hotel is a short 5 min walk to the white beach and away from the crowd. The hotel is big and have 2 pools if you want to have a day without salty water. The room was big enough and the amenities are replenished daily! Staff is very attentive, especially the ladies from the front desk ( Giselle / Dhon and the other i forgot the names but they know who i mean ), Manager Abby & miss Jhen did go the extra mile within their limits to make my daughters birthday a little bit special at breakfast. Thumbs up !

The hotel staff are strict with check-in timing , 2 PM ( understandable when hotel is fully booked and people stay in their room till 11:59 am ), also the beachtowels, 1 set ( max 4 ) per room per day. This can be uncomfortable when the towels are wet from the morning beach visit and you want to go back again at night. Some hotelrooms dont have a balcony / window or veranda and it should be fair that the hotel mention those rooms separated and should offer them with a different price rate than the “ normal “ rooms.

I like almost everything. Staff is nice and helpful.

It's quite hard to get there because of the street which is too dark. I hope street gets better.

Service and breakfast. Decent room and accessibility

You need to add more floor rags (like mats or rugs) in the space. The CR (comfort room) flooring should be at a different level than the main flooring, likely for drainage

Nice and clean hotel,children enjoyed the swimming pool.

We are not satisfied with the breakfast,it is better if they make it buffet then you have more choices,especially for the foreign people who wants only cereals, milk or just oatmeals..but we have nice stay in your place👍
