It’s just nearby the beach front

Just to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Great location, breakfast was good, parting gift (food and drink) was a good touch. Truthfully, location is everything, and this hotel is pretty much perfect.

It is to be expected, but there will be sand EVERYWHERE - the rooms are strange in terms of price, a deluxe room is smaller but more expensive.. the neighbours rooster will wake you up at 5am

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great, as it was near the dining establishments and activities in Station 2 but also still within the relaxing and quiet Station 1. We were most thankful for the staff who made sure we felt welcomed every day and helped us with everything. They also notified us about the item we left. Will definitely choose Serene La Playa when I go back to Boracay.

The water pressure for the bidet needed adjusting, and the free breakfast could be improved in terms of portion and choices. Aside from those, there was nothing else we didn't like.

1 min walk to the quieter Station 1 beach. Great breakfast and responsive staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had a great night's sleep. The shower and sink had great water pressure, and we didn't have any major issues. You get a basket and beach mat to borrow, so you can hit the beach in comfort.

The bathroom got a bit kulob after a while since it didn't have mechanical ventilation, but it's a minor thing. The tiles sloped towards the door so the water pooled there, but you can easily ask room service to address it when you leave for the day.

Special mention goes to Cyde at the frontdesk for the being very accommodating. The best part of Serene is its unique location that's both close to the barangay road at the back, and the beachfront. This gives you easy access to many more cafes and restaurants. I would say that location is at the edge of Station 1, almost at 2.

Soundproofing is not optimal so you will hear talking in the hallway. There's also some construction going on in the area so you'll definitely hear that, too.

Excellent Staff they organized our pickup service from the Airport until the Hotel and black.and it was very convenient with a reasonable price. Very good food at the Salsa Restaurant where it's at the top floor. The Hotel it's only about 50 meters away from the beach. All perfect for us

Breakfast was really good specially the TAPA. I like how everything is very accessible due to the resort's location.

They are giving out discount coupons for their restaurant, it would be nice if these aren't one time use vouchers for the duration of the stay also the staff said that I can only apply it to 1 item not for the whole order.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just 1 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop bar restaurant salsa is fabulous, the food was the best we ate in Boracay, the staff in there are amazing.

The only downside was we couldn't sleep past 4am for cockrels being noisy,, I assume this is a common thing in the phillipines and didn't spoil our stay as it was the only negative we could find!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful with any request that we had. I enjoyed having the breakfast included and being close to the beach.

It would have been good to know ahead of time the hotel's preferred policy for housekeeping. We would have appreciated some fresh new towels but we caught on that we could request as needed.

Overall stay was excellent, staffs were very nice especially to our two toddlers (who are always bugging them 😄). They have beach bag that guests can use (very useful mainly that I need a big bag to put my kids' stuffs) while on their stay as well as beach mat, and towels. Each floor have water dispenser (we loved this!), we didn't need to buy bottled water as we were just refilling our own bottles. Complimentary breakfast was also great, you'll get a chance to mix and choose your own meal. You'll also get complimentary cocktail ☺️. Our roundtrip transfer managed by the hotel was smooth, they also gave us packed breakfast since our flight back to Manila was too early. Walking distance to DMall and there are a lot of small and cheap restaurants on the street side (since restos on beach side are always expensive). Beach is just few meters away. Katha rooftop bar is very nice and relaxing, you can have a sea and forest view. We loved our stay in Serene, everyone was so nice, polite, and always smiling - from the receptionist, waiter/waitress, guard, bartender, housekeeper, management. My family mainly our kids enjoyed staying here!
