Its located near the beach and right beside blackfish coffee! Not beachfront, but its so close to the beach not even a 5 min walk goigb there, very nice location in station 1! Staff are also nice and friendly and greet you with a smile :) Big thanks also to Ate in the reception for getting us an e-tric and haggling with the driver for us going to the port after we checked out :)

During our first night there were cockroaches in the room and the bathroom and we dont have any idea where those cockroaches come from, but its okay, room was still clean upon arrival. Bathroom was clean also and AC is working well.

It's just a 2-minute walk to the pristine White Beach and conveniently close to Astoria Hotel's Hop On Hop Off loading zone. The resort is also near the water activities zone, including party cruises, and approximately a 10–15-minute walk to D'Mall, surrounded by numerous dining options. Space: The room comfortably accommodated our luggage and belongings, providing ample space for relaxation. Room & Amenities: Our room was impeccably clean, with a fresh scent of bleach upon entry. The linens and towels were crisp and pleasant. Amenities included: H&S shampoo sachets, soaps, disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, coffee/l+creamer+sugar sachets, ref, electric kettle, TV with cable channels, free wifi, and bidet. Guests also have access to a common water station on the third floor. They also have a convenient outdoor foot cleaning station, allowing guests to rinse off sand from their feet or sandals before entering the Inn. Staff: Kuya was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. He greeted us with a warm smile and was always approachable. He kindly allowed us to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our lunch. Additionally, when we requested to use the restroom before departing, he interrupted his cleaning duties to assist us. His thoughtful gestures truly enhanced our experience and exemplified the outstanding service provided by the staff.

Areas for improvement: 1. Bleach Odor: While the cleanliness of the room was appreciated, the strong scent of bleach upon entry was somewhat overpowering. Implementing additional ventilation during and after cleaning could help mitigate this issue. 2. Indoor Slippers: Providing indoor slippers for guests would enhance comfort, especially when walking on tile floors.

The USP of the hotel is its location, situated in Station 1 , its just 10 sec walk to the beach. Check In was a breeze with just a signature in a manual register. The size of the room was adequate to accomodate 3 of us. Room and bathroom was clean. It has a water dispenser on the 2nd floor which can be used for filling up water bottles for drinking. The only person working there was a lady named Ging who was always smiling and approachable.

Window curtains cannot be opened as the other property is right opposite and people can peek into your room. There is constant sound coming in the room when people talk outside on the road but its manageable, no loud sounds coming from the beach restaurants. There is sea food restaurant right opposite whose staff are always pushy to eat at their place which sometime gets on to your nerves.

Lovely place! I traveled with my friend and since we were on a budget we looked for cheaper places and this place was perfect! The room was really big, it even had a mini fridge and an electric kettle. The air conditioning worked perfectly fine and they also included a fan! They also gave us body towels, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. You pay a really cheap price and get a big, clean room. THE BEST: it's literally like 5 meters from the beach and it's on station 1 so you have everything you need in a walking distance. Would come back!

The ally to the property was flooded at arrival because off rain. But it’s sandy so wet but not dirty.

I found the spacious rooms to be a haven of comfort, complete with efficient air conditioning that provided respite from the tropical heat. Despite the bustling atmosphere just beyond its walls, the inn exuded a serene ambiance, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.

What Casitas Isla Beach Inn lacks in facilities, it more than compensates for with its unbeatable location and peaceful ambiance. For those prioritizing proximity to the beach and tranquility above all else, this charming inn is an ideal choice for a rejuvenating Boracay getaway.

I wished that I could've stayed longer here. If I were to come back to Boracay, I'll definitely stay here again. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room, oh, it was spacious, I love it. It has a fan and a sink separate from the bathroom. The bed and pillow were so comfy that I had such a pleasant sleep. The location is so convenient when you step out, a seafood restaurant and a nice cafe. A few steps away from the beach or to the main road. I love my stay overall!

Just perfect for our needs

It's not beachfront as advertised

Everything I need was there, like the AC, towels, beds, linens, soap, and dental kit. There is also a mini refrigerator. It is very near the beach front, literally a few steps away, and I can see the beach from my window. The staff were friendly and helped me when checking out to where I can get a chartered e-bike to port.

I guess it is that there is no free water or I was not informed that the faucet is potable water. They did not add soap after cleaning, or I guess I just didn't ask..
