The room look clean and new when you enter. The facilities is good with warm pool and gym. The location is good also near to the beach and d.mall lots of small stores and restaurant nearby. Beside main road so easy to take etrike. The breakfast buffet taste good and we really enjoyed it. The staff are the best so helpfull, approachable and nice.

So hotel is a bit expensive so i expect more. The room look new and clean when you enter but during our stay i notice its not so clean. The bed has double mattress but we saw that under the top mattress is moldy There is also a cockroach, mosquitoes and other insects inside our room. They don't have enough place for wet clothes to hang.

Swimmingpool Location Staff are very friendly , alert and responsive.

Our room is situated in the other side, we need to cross roads a bit dangerous with a kid but the guards helps us a lot when going out. We came late at the breakfast buffet around 8-8:30 and almost no more food left. It took a while before they refill.

The location. The rooms. The food (breakfast buffet). The Facilities. The Staff. This place is accessible to the beach and other establishments in Boracay whether for food, shopping or bar hopping. You can easily walk your way around or ride pedicab. The food in the Garden Cafe is superb. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Everything. Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, breakfasts, beach towels, gym, location, location, location. Walk to beach in 1 minute, Starbucks in 5 minutes, D'Mall under 10 minutes.

Getting in and out of shower/tub in the Premier room may be a challenge for some folks. Tub has a tile surround approximately a foot wide making stepping in and out a bit challenging.

breakfast could’ve been better. found it odd that there was no complimentary water in such a hot place. we stayed at a few hotels and this was the only one without complimentary water in the rooms

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing esp. security guards. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boracay.

All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is also clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is also great.

One of our rooms have a sort of faulty aircon. We cannot turn off the timer even when we press the button for it in the remote control. It also releases not so cool air.
