Great value for money. Very near station 1 of Boracay. Breakfast is superb. Room and facilities are good.

It’s closer to the beach, ..walking distance to DMall, beach.. Good customer service. With refill water station. With complimentary coffee (but instant) Sitting area outside the room. With security guard With WiFi .. Thank you !!

The stairs to the 3rd floor are not advisable for senior folks. Climbing the stairs is good, but since I did not request for lower floors, and I didn’t know that there’s no elevator, we enjoyed our stay in Jinjiang. Thank you!!

We stayed 3 nights. The location was perfect very walkable to everything lots of restaurants and close to station 2. Easy to get a ride lots of tricycles available right outside if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked well

Beds were a bit hard. Lots of traffic outside brings some noise but nothing terrible. I slept fine with earplugs.

This place is good value for money. Very close to shops and the beach. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I been reading through all the comments and most of the negative ones are from the foreigners which expecting way much from the money they paid. Ive just seen someone commented about having a lift when it clearly says that its stair access only and considering its only a 3 floor building. I would definitely come back here my British husband really satisfied with the service.

The air-con needs to check as it leaks its an electric hazard.

The location was great! The rooms were large and very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioning was wonderful and worked well. Staff was friendly and attentive and made every effort to assist us with early check-in due to our extremely early flight. I loved that the rooms were refreshed daily if you chose so. Daily breakfast allowed us not to worry about one of our meals.

The bathroom window allowed bugs and mosquitos into the unit (the screened portion didn't fully fit the window): however, I appreciated having a window in the bathroom to air out the moisture from the shower. There could be a few updates in the unit we were in, but it was super clean. I do wish the breakfast options changed every other day or so..

Sulit breakfast, close to most stores and restaurants, D'Mall is a bit of a walk away but didn't mind getting my steps in. Room was very clean and staff were very accommodating to our requests. Bathroom was clean as can be and room service helped tidy it up a bit more. Would recommend Jinjiang for future trips :)

Would be very helpful if they had an elevator since the steps are pretty steep and we kept having to go up and down. But we still made it work and in the end, it didn't matter as much.

The staffs are kind and assisted us everyday even though there are a bit of mishaps in the AC, but they will make sure that the issue gets fixed. It's worth the money to stay here, although it is not in the beach front, the hotel is just near the beach, there are restaurants that are around the hotel as well in case you get hungry.

It was close to the beach even though it's not beach front. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The first night was noisy. Motor sound coming from the back. Then then aircon in our room broke the 2nd night. It leaked water the whole night. We transferred room. When we got back to the room in the evening there were like tons of insects (mostly dead) in the bathroom. Breakfast is terrible.

The room is spacious, services are prompt, they have a clothes drying rack provision, the location is very near a hop on hop off stop location, the beach was a walkable distance, and the location was ideal for not being too near to the busy nightlife

More privacy in the shower room since the inside could be seen from nearby buildings. Also, the amenities in the toilet can be improved - the liquid bath soap could not be dispensed because the handle was broken; the shower head can have a holder.

The hotel is close to everything, and the beach is just at the back of it. Their room is clean and comfy, staffs are very accommodating, budget friendly.

Shower during night is slow, maybe because other guests are using their showers also. And heater is not that warm.
