The restaurant was ok, but there was not much gluten free and vegetarian food available. The staff did their best by cooking egg and fries. The menu was very much Asian (no real European options for those of us with allergies). About 5 minutes walk up the beach (Station 2) there is an Italian restaurant (Aria) which has a huge selection of vegetarian and most of the menu is also available gluten free (highly recommended for food quality and service - especially the gluten free pizzas, pastas, risotto, etc) Actually the Italian is where I ate most of my meals all week.

It was not clear that there were two Hotel Astorias on the island. Of course, we took the tricycle to the wrong one! The room was great, but one minor issue was the airco which is mounted directly opposite the bed so blasts cold air directly into your face at night (regardless of setting the director blades, fan speed etc). The other option was to sleep without the airco and wake up overheated. The airco could have been better mounted on a different wall and/ or a larger deflector shelf mounted under the airco unit to defuse the air better.

NIce hotel, just in front of the Station 1. It is good, because every programme start from here, but slightly busy. The staff was very helpfull. Free towels and sheets to the beach are avaible. The beach and the water is very nice near the hotel. The transfer from and to the airport was perfectly, professionally arranged by own staff of the hotel. The room is spacious with shower and bath.

Very good restaurants nearby, but unfortunately not the hotel's restaurant. It is OK, but nothing special. No good bar in the hotel. The pool is OK, but not to spacious, and because it is just in the middle of the hotel buildings, quite early became shadowed.

What is unbeatable is the hotel’s location: right in front of the pier where all the boats for the activities leave; just a few minutes walk from D Mall and the area with restaurants, bars and clubs; and on the right, you immediately reach the more relaxed and chilled part of White Beach. The staff was super nice; always available and caring. The transfer service is fast and efficient. The pool is nice, although we personally never used it as we preferred the incredible seaside. Good selection for breakfast.

Beach front location which is very convenient. The room was really spacious and complete with all your basic necessities inside. I loved that they provided re-usable slippers instead of basic home slippers and has welcome fruits arranged inside. Their welcome bibingka muffin and pandan drink was also a plus. Good breakfast selection as well. Not too much but basically has everything you need. The staff's service was also great.

The pool area doesn't have any shade the whole day. The location is beach front to our liking, but since the activities were somehow moved to Station 1, it made the hotel front crowded by other people and those offering services and tours.

Location is good! Close to almost everything. Breakfast could use better selection but was good. Kids loved their waffles, pancakes and bacons. Staff are accommodating and attentive, responds to everything you need. Just had to request another room key because they provide just 1. Bed!! We all had a great sleep! Loved them so much! Hotel transfer is great as well. They helped us with our baggages, we were well taken care of. :)

Bidet. You need to have good skills in twerking. Had initial issues with the room given to us because we were given a room different from what I booked here in booking.com, but it was quickly handled by their staff. Requesting new set of pillows was accommodated swiftly as well.

Astoria Boracay is highly regarded for its superb beachfront location, spotless service, and good value breakfast and amenities. It’s a solid choice if you prioritize location and attentive hospitality. Everyone we met—from the front desk to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their attention to detail really made our stay special. Truly one of the highlights of the resort!

I like how it is situated in beach front, the cleanliness, and the friendly staffs.

We confirmed from the staff that we were not able to get our FREE breakfast right away early in the morning due the water activities outside. So we ask them to wrap our food and we will pickup it when we return and the staff approved it. The staff in kitchen suggested that we order alacart (without warning us that it is not free) which we did assuming its free because of our FREE breakfast. When we came back from the activity and inform their staff that they can now deliver the food in our room, we are surprised that the food is not free. So we have no choice but to pay them trough my security deposit.

After not being able to find my original airbnb, I went to astoria and they got me a room last minute within 20 mins. While i waited I got my welcome snack (cake and cucumber water) and then the bellhop brought my bags up. The staff went above and beyond to help me.. finding a doctor, booking an in room massage, planning transportation. The buffet breakfast!? Oh my😍 Astoria is also perfect location, I would return.

Beachfront! Great location right in between station 1 and 2. Everything was walking distance yet the hotel felt quiet Great breakfast buffet The pool The airport transfer service provided by the hotel (Extra $) : totally worth it, hassle free. Most importantly : the staff was wonderful. Absolutely everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating.

The rooms had no view and smelled moldy, as if they hadn't been aerated for a long time. But the amazing staff made up for the average rooms.
