NIce hotel, just in front of the Station 1. It is good, because every programme start from here, but slightly busy. The staff was very helpfull. Free towels and sheets to the beach are avaible. The beach and the water is very nice near the hotel. The transfer from and to the airport was perfectly, professionally arranged by own staff of the hotel. The room is spacious with shower and bath.

Very good restaurants nearby, but unfortunately not the hotel's restaurant. It is OK, but nothing special. No good bar in the hotel. The pool is OK, but not to spacious, and because it is just in the middle of the hotel buildings, quite early became shadowed.

Beach front location which is very convenient. The room was really spacious and complete with all your basic necessities inside. I loved that they provided re-usable slippers instead of basic home slippers and has welcome fruits arranged inside. Their welcome bibingka muffin and pandan drink was also a plus. Good breakfast selection as well. Not too much but basically has everything you need. The staff's service was also great.

The pool area doesn't have any shade the whole day. The location is beach front to our liking, but since the activities were somehow moved to Station 1, it made the hotel front crowded by other people and those offering services and tours.

What is unbeatable is the hotel’s location: right in front of the pier where all the boats for the activities leave; just a few minutes walk from D Mall and the area with restaurants, bars and clubs; and on the right, you immediately reach the more relaxed and chilled part of White Beach. The staff was super nice; always available and caring. The transfer service is fast and efficient. The pool is nice, although we personally never used it as we preferred the incredible seaside. Good selection for breakfast.

Location is good! Close to almost everything. Breakfast could use better selection but was good. Kids loved their waffles, pancakes and bacons. Staff are accommodating and attentive, responds to everything you need. Just had to request another room key because they provide just 1. Bed!! We all had a great sleep! Loved them so much! Hotel transfer is great as well. They helped us with our baggages, we were well taken care of. :)

Bidet. You need to have good skills in twerking. Had initial issues with the room given to us because we were given a room different from what I booked here in booking.com, but it was quickly handled by their staff. Requesting new set of pillows was accommodated swiftly as well.

I like how it is situated in beach front, the cleanliness, and the friendly staffs.

We confirmed from the staff that we were not able to get our FREE breakfast right away early in the morning due the water activities outside. So we ask them to wrap our food and we will pickup it when we return and the staff approved it. The staff in kitchen suggested that we order alacart (without warning us that it is not free) which we did assuming its free because of our FREE breakfast. When we came back from the activity and inform their staff that they can now deliver the food in our room, we are surprised that the food is not free. So we have no choice but to pay them trough my security deposit.

Superb location. Yes, all the boat tours brief right in front but once they are gone the beach was amazing. We got upgraded from deluxe to premium and the room was huge, bed was very comfortable. They offered a good selection of food for breakfast as well. The staff are lovely and always nice, smiling. This made our stay really good for 5 nights.

It’s a very strange set up that majority of the rooms don’t have opening windows as essentially the entrance is a glass door with glass panels on each side. Our room was facing the foyer so it was not getting hot at all. Even our damp swimming suits got dry in the room. The curtain in front of all the glass was not fully covering the door which I fixed with a hairclip and that’s it privacy was not a problem anymore. I was worried about this window situation but it did not bother us at all. Yes, the room does not have natural light this way but we were not there to be in the room all day so who cares.

Beachfront! Great location right in between station 1 and 2. Everything was walking distance yet the hotel felt quiet Great breakfast buffet The pool The airport transfer service provided by the hotel (Extra $) : totally worth it, hassle free. Most importantly : the staff was wonderful. Absolutely everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating.

The rooms had no view and smelled moldy, as if they hadn't been aerated for a long time. But the amazing staff made up for the average rooms.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was good and had some different menu items every morning. The bibingka was very delicious, and the portion was big. The pool was not too crowded. The beach front access was very convenient. Hotel location is only a 3 min. walk to starbucks and many restaurants. Hilot in room massage was amazing. The transportation service 100% recommended. Upon checkout they check your room to make sure you don't leave anything behind.

The location was perfect! You are at the center of everything. All the activities meet right on the beach side of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on Station 1 dock. Loved how the shower was designed. Made for residents coming back to the room with sandy slippers in mind. Best value for the money.

The free bathing suit drying service took over 12 hrs. We saw the bathing suits in the room the next day nearly 24hrs later. Great service in practice and would be better to have the items back sooner. Not to degrade the service.
