Staff were very friendly and helpful

The construction right beside our room made it inconvenient for us due to extreme noise (drilling on the walls). We tried to raise it, but the only option given to us was to temporarily use a couples room with only 1 bed, considering we are a family of 5. :( Obviously, we would not fit there. No other option or compensation for the discomfort was offered. The adult pool was also under construction during our visit. Only the kiddie pool was available for use.

Basically everything was fantastic the view from beach front was breathtaking being a American I definitely have plans coming back in the future. Also it's a great location it's close to the main road easy access to stores and restaurants and beach front it's quite night life not like stations 2 & 3 vary loud always someone selling you something you won't get that here at Dimonds. You can do all the water activities right from the hotel and schedule them to your liking I recommend scubadiving and helmet diveing over all Boracay is Heaven on Earth

The only thing the toilet was vary close to the shower not much room to sit down and take care of business room 106 I was in maybe the other CR'S are better in other rooms. But easily delt with.

I like the staff members

Before the breakfast was buffet that was like in June when I last visited but this time it only one plate per customer which was kinda less.

I love everything! From the staff's attitude to the room itself. We booked the annex room and I requested to have a room on the ground floor because we have kids and the annex building only has stairs. They have granted my request. The hotel was situated at Station 1 and the beach was just across the street from the building. They have a swimming pool at the beach side too. They allow you to borrow beach towels and beach mats for free as well. We've been traveling to Boracay frequently and tried different hotels. Funny as it may be, but this was the only time that my daughters were very pleased with the free toiletries. They said that it was very fragrant and they gave us a lot.

Its our first time at Boracay. Diamond water edge resort really meet our expectations. It is very near at the beach. 2-3 mins walk😁. The breakfast was amazing, with good view just in front of the beach. Very relaxing. The room was clean, with good amenities. We almost just stay at the room as it was very comfortable 😂 Staffs were very kind. I would love to visit again Boracay and probably stay again at Diamond water edge resort. Thank you so much for the good accommodation 10/10

Breakfast was decent, I wish there were more choices and it should be different choices everyday. I like the location, beach front. I just wish the dogs in the island were taken care of, facilities should offer water for them. I saw a dog drinking from the chlorinated pool and it broke my heart.

Did not like the noise we gotten from renovations.. I wish we were told ahead of time.

Very accommodating staff! Every requests we made were fulfilled like the packed breakfast because of our early flight, earlier delivery of service water and such. Also, two thumbs up for the bathroom! We just have the right size of the bathroom. There are also lots of toiletries.

Breakfast food is not that good. Also, the service water is taking too long before it gets delivered. It should be ready upon check in. But you still have to request for it. Nonetheless, they still grant every requests I made regarding the delivery of service water.

Restaurant and pool on the beach front, staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was cleaned excellently every day

Room was tiny barely had room for two cases (we did however only book a budget room but this still came with an extra pricey price tag compared to our others stays in Philippines). Our room was in a completely different building that room that felt completely separate.

I like the location. It is beachfront, very near to Andoks and the stop point of Hop on & off transportation. As for the facility, I like their complete room amenities.

Hmm. The only thing I can think of is the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people talking outside if their voice is loud.
