I like where the hotel is situated—it's not very busy and crowded. It's easy to go to the beach; it's just across the street. The guard on duty at the time of our stay was very kind and helpful; he made sure that we crossed the street safely by assisting us. The staff, especially the housekeeping, are very helpful too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again next time we visit Boracay.

Though we booked the hotel on a promo and it was very cheap, I think they placed us in an old room; the drain in the shower is clogging, and the cabinets are old; it needs renovation. Even if we booked the hotel at the lowest price, they shouldn't have placed us in an old room; also, I saw some cobwebs on the lampshades.  The food they served at breakfast is okay.

Accomodation was really nice even if a bit small room. Would raccomand more choice for breakfast as would have been nice to have cappuccino, milk, yogurt and not always salty breakfast ( eggs, rice, etc ). The coffe shop inside the hotel make a really good espresso ( for italian people it would be a great surprise ).

More breakfast choice. More attention to details in bathroom and in the room.

Tall staircase felt like I was climbing a treehouse...but I'm not a kid anymore!

The people, the food, not beachfront but still ok you have just to cross the road (just a few steps away)but the guards were there to assist you always, special thanks to Ervin the supervisor on duty and April the front desk clerk for accomodating our request. The staff were very polite and will assists you gladly. Even the coffee shop staff kudos to you for helping in bringing up our luggages to our rooms. We really appreciate it so much🥰 Also the guards on duty😊Keep up the good work🥰 Breakfast is great, they have many choices and the serving is big( di tinipid)Resto food is also good(Bama grill) Highly recommended

I hope they will have another restroom in the lobby for hotel guests use only😊

The location is pretty close to station 1. A few minutes walk to the beach where you just need to cross the street. I like that it has complete essentials like toiletries, towels (+ beach towels), hotel slippers, bottled water, also they give welcome drinks & refreshing towels. Very good value for money! The hotel staff are all nice and welcoming

The toilet doors escapes the water when showering so the floor gets wet which I don’t like

The best location. The staff is really kind. The beach with white sand was the other side of the road. At street level, there is a restaurant and coffee shop. Across the street, there is another restaurant/bar. Come between 3pm and 8 pm. to receive a discount on your beverages during happy hours. The mall and other attractions may be reached in a short stroll along the shore.

Since we didnt use the senior citizen discount of my grandmother, we asked them if atleast they can offer us a breakfast even at first day only. But they refused.

Hotel is very nice. Location is perfect , both quiet area but close to main place.. Hotel is located at the most beautiful part of White Beach. Breakfast has amazing view for the beach.. All staff is amazing, very nice and helpful, especially ladies from reception and security.. Very good value for money.. Also there are food open 24 hours down at a hotel and nice cafe 24 hours.. Nexf time i come again soon 100%..
