The rooms are spacious. We liked the view from the room. The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast was awesome and we were able to sit where we could see the beach front.

The elevator is small and slow.

Elevator has a foul smell (some times) There is a foul smell going down to the pool area Breakfast menu is limited (but their serving is generous) The shower area drainage doesnt drain too well (room 319) No hotel transfers available Do not misplace the key card of your room. It will cost you 500 per card. Upon check out, do not leave the keycard in the room because it will suddenly disappear and will cost you 500 PHP.

Very close to D’Mall where most of the restaurants and shops are, as well as Astoria Boracay where most people meet up for water activities, yet quiet enough for someone to have a proper rest

Getting the room made up was a hassle. We thought they would do it in the morning between 9 to midday like other normal hotels would. When we left just after 9am, someone was cleaning the room next door. When we got back around 11am, our room still hasn’t been made up yet they’ve done the other rooms on our floor. I asked the staff what time they normally clean the rooms, she said after arrivals?? which was rather confusing. I asked if they could clean ours next, they said yes. Waited for another hour, came back and still the same, they skipped our room again. I had to ask another staff to get it done and only in the afternoon probably around 4pm when we got back that it was finally done.

The location is at station 1 and a short walk to d’mall which was so convenient, the size of the room was great, beds were comfortable, room has smart tv. It was low season when we were there so we almost had the deck and jacuzzi for ourselves. Staff were wonderful! Food was also good.

Lobby is not accessible by vehicles. Going to the hotel from the main road was a bit of a walk. Better to bring a backpack than a luggage. Toilet was a bit slippery, grab bars would be nice. Room service/restaurant was hard to reach, usually doesn’t answer calls but the front desk was able to assist us. But we really had a nice stay at the hotel.

The front desk staff, Emerson and Nina, and the guard, They were very polite, responsive,helpful, cheerful when conversing with them. Property is beachfront but not crowded. Housekeeping daily. Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was good although did have a hard time connecting at first. Emerson and the guard helped us connecting to it, and our wifi was good for the entire time of our stay (4 nights).

Bad TV cable connection. Although we did not mind it too much because we watch netflix and youtube via our smartphones.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location is good too!

The heating for the water was quite difficult to control.

The location is superb, right in front of the beach.

The entire stay was pleasant, save for the male staff who insisted to have given us bottled water on our last day even if we weren't provided with such. The female receptionist was nice enough to apologize and gave us the water, which we appreciate. Hopefully such won't happen to other guests as it is quite embarassing to argue over bottled water for guests who pay for 3 rooms for 4 nights.

We stayed here again for my daughter's birthday, and I asked them if it is possible to arrange for a little birthday greetings/surprise, and they accommodated my request, without any additional cost!!! wow, and my daughter was so happy with the balloon set up especially with the staff doing a surprise happy birthday song greeting then followed by a candle-blowing on a yummy cupcake!!! This is beyond what we expected and we are so grateful to the hotel most especially to all their staff!!!

Some amenities inside the room may need a little refurbishing, as the wear and tear are already physically obvious on the surface. The toilet faucet as well as the cabinet where we stayed also need some repairs.
