The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We slept really well during our stay at Boracay Haven Suites. The breakfast was also very good! The staff were very polite and helpful. I've been in Boracay for 6 times but this hotel, by far; is the best hotel I've ever stayed in :) highly recommended!!!!

This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel - this time it was for part of our honeymoon. The staff were friendly as always, although we were sad to see a couple of them had left since our last stay in 2019 but that is to be expected! The pool was kept clean and as good as ever and the breakfast options were good.

The walkway to the beach was diverted through a construction site in the area which after using the first time we decided not to use again. This wasn't too much of a problem though as we could go a different route which only took about 5 minutes longer.

Boracay Haven Suites is the place to book for your next Boracay holiday! My partner and I were greeted with complimentary welcome drinks and we were upgraded to a nicer room. The check-in process was smooth and the staff gave us recommendations for activities at discounted prices. The rooms and facilities were kept clean and they provided outdoor towels for the beach and pool. We had the buffet breakfast included and we enjoyed having different variety of breakfast foods every morning. The massage facility was one of the best I’ve been to and affordable. Boracay Haven Suites is also walking distance to D-mall, the main strip for food and shopping which made it super convenient! We would 10/10 come again. The walkway to the beach is not the best. My partner and I preferred to walk to D-mall to get to the beach. The walkway could be improved with lights or a proper pathway (it was made of dirt which was muddy with rain).

We liked the property, the location, and the staff. The location is really good. It's near the lagoon, Pig Out restaurant, and Starbucks. That's all you really need in District 1. Their breakfast was also very tasty, and since it's a small hotel, we didn't have to fight lines or crowds at the restaurant or pool. The staff is maybe the best in Boracay -- very serving, very happy, often singing

The rooms were nice, but a bit small. The pool was also nice but again, a bit small (narrow). We were shocked that for 4300 pesos per night, the hotel did not have reserved chairs on the beach for hotel guests. We thought the price was a little high for what you get. Be aware that as of this posting, there is a huge construction project going on between the hotel and the beach.

Boracay Haven Suites thank you for letting me experience your outstanding hospitality even just for 2 days in Boracay. Upon check-in i was greeted by hotel staff with a small non-alcoholic bavarage for taking this long trip to the island. This was a very noteworthy, generous and customer focused gesture that made me feel already relaxed before even getting to my room. Access to the beachfront and the shops/ Restaurants was very quick and easy to remember. Hotel staff kindly suggested me upon check-in to use the phone flash lights in order to prevent any falls or trips especially during late night hours. A big plus that Boracay Haven Suites ensures the safety and wellbeing of it's Hotel occupants during their stay on a very professional level. Staff were responsive and professional with their amazingly friendly ,caring, effortless customer service experience and i look forward to choose you again in future as i was very satisfied to stay with you again. The breakfast in the morning had a wide and delicious varity to choose from. Any special requests made on the breakfast was well received by me with a friendly smile from staff. Big shoutout to Ate Luna for checking with kitchen staff to add certain ingredients to my omlette in the morning!. Beach was a stone throw away. Perfect balance between quiet beach, excursion meets and close enough to D'Mall/ edge of Station 2 for restaurants. Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Nice egg station. Room was perfect and clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to grab beach towels daily which was great. The internal pool was quiet and refreshing. Staff were incredibly friendly and even recommended local goof Pilipino restaurants (which were fantastic).

Only small thing is that, on some evenings, the bar across the street was very loud. Fortunately there is a noise curfew at around 10/11 so they do eventually stop.

Loved my second room, I upgraded to a pool view room with a balcony and substantially bigger for just another $30. The property is so conveniently close to all the useful shops and food. The white beach is 1.2km and surprisingly easy to walk to, Boracay is definitely more breezy than Manila so I enjoyed it a lot. The staff is lovely and helpful, the hotel is really nice and clean. Definitely lives up to its reviews.

Unfortunately there was a very large marching band, which I think goes on everyday till Christmas (next to the hotel) It goes on for 2-3 hours and feels like the floor is about to vibrate. On the weekend there’s another hotel next door with really loud music and karaoke. If you’re able to look past those things and spend most evenings out you should be fine.

The hotel was great! Could not recommend it enough. The hotel itself was super nice and just like the pictures. The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to make you comfortable. The breakfast included was genuinely good and they offered different things every day. We ordered food for lunch some days and it was also super tasty! Better than some of the restaurants we tried in Boracay. Also shoutout to their pineapple mojitos - it was perfection!

It is suitable for a family travellers like us. The place and room are clean, they offer a decent buffet breakfast which has variations and differs on a daily basis. My son and I’s favorite was the egg station 👌The hotel staffs are this hotel’s top tier and made our stay worthy, they are all very welcoming, accommodating, offers a smile from concierge, reception, pool attendant, f&b attendants.. everyone were warm, it was so amazing! They are surely the people behind this hotel’s top ratings. We will definitely book here again when we come back!
