I love how welcoming the staff are very accommodating. The receptionist were great alway attentive for our needs also the housekeeping team. They did a great job on designing the room for our 10th monthsary. This trip became memorable for him!! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

The rooftop pool was very filthy. We tried to swim but unable to tolerate the water. The bar was ok, we arrive there during happy hour as the bartender informed us its buy 1 take 1 for cocktails so we ordered 3 drinks(2x double Jameson sprite on the side & 1 white sangria) were suppose to pay 2x but we paid for 5x drinks computed it by a calculator told my bf about the amount then ask us to pay cash but we paid via credit card as we didn’t bring enough cash so we just gave him a cash tip. we forgot to get a copy of the itemize bill we only have the credit card receipt then we transferred to the normal pool and got some drink 2 drinks there but ask if we can do room charge as we encounter some issues not getting itemize bill.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. 5-10 minute walk from D'Mall

Hotel seemed confused about the billing arrangement. I was charged months in advance despite the contract saying I will only be charged 5 days before check-in. Hotel did not respond to my emails asking for an explanation. When I personally asked upon checking in, the receptionist blamed a Booking.com policy. Then I get a call saying that they were in the process of refunding the early charge, so would I like to have my card swiped again while I wait for the refund or if they should just cancel the refund process. Mercifully, this was settled on our first day and did not mar my family's vacation. Also, the bathroom door was too heavy and could slam on your hand if you weren't careful.

this place is clearly one of the best I have ever had the honour to stay in . Not because of the nice facilities and tidiness it offers but because the personnel are like family . In my line of work I instantly realised how committed the senior management is to keep their employees satisfied and happy at work and It really pays off! Everything is done with love JG! I would be nice to get to know you! Your kyc is top notch ! Food menu is limited but everything's very well prepared and everything is so exceptionally done and the food is done excellently thanks chef!! The staff is totally wonderful...

Perhaps one tiny gripe would be that if you prepaid a breakfast and you do not feel like having it on the day ...you lose the opportunity to take it the day after.... .. Other than that there's nothing to complain about. Do consider giving visitors the chance to enjoy a missed prepaid breakfast! Staff is so caring that they actually call if you miss out and I think that this suggestion matches the ethos of this place!

Absolutely very welcoming and amazing staff! From the moment we stepped inside the hotel till the moment we left! The structure is very welcoming and well designed. The rooms have enough space and the beds are comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. The reception is available 24/24 h! We had breakfast included in our stay, but the last day we left the hotel at 6 AM due to our early flight, but the staff made sure to pack us some sandwiches and a bottle of water so we could have a snack on our way! You can easily organize a pick up/drop off with the hotel staff! The location is great: 2 min walk from Bulabog Beach and 2 min away from DMall. White Beach is also reachable by walk (around 5 minutes), so everything was pretty close! Definitely stay here when you visit Boracay!

The only thing was that early morning we could hear children screaming, since the rooms aren’t very soundproof (we were the first room in front of the dining room at the ground floor), but except from this little thing - which isn’t fault of the hotel, everything was amazing!

Everything was perfect. This was my second time staying at Ferra Hotel, and I believe they made my stay extra special knowing I was returning. The staff's friendliness is exceptional, they truly go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the airport transfer from Caticlan was well-organized with air-conditioned vans. The staff consistently greeted us warmly, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for our early morning departure, which we truly appreciated. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they ever plan to visit Boracay!

Nice interior, clean rooms, very welcoming and professional staff, and also a prime access to to the city center. It was my first time on the island and I had booked my room on the very same day. The hotel was very quick in responding and having me check in no time. They also provided me with guidance and arranged an activity for me on the afternoon of day two, though it was already late morning when I inquired about that.

The hotel is located in a residential area, and some noise might come from the neighboring buildings. I was affected by that during my second night (out of 3), but the management was mindful enough to have me transfer to another room, which solved it. I really appreciated their move.

I was grateful that the hotel accommodated my early check-in. Isabel, in particular, was very kind and made me feel welcome. I was also thankful for the security guard’s kind greetings. They gave me peace of mind and made my day feel more comfortable.

The checkout process itself was fine, but I felt uncomfortable when the staff called me unnecessarily at 11:15 a.m. to remind me about checkout. It would be much better if the hotel could respect the guest’s remaining time until the official checkout hour. At checkout, the staff came to inspect the room, which felt a little awkward. I understand it’s their procedure, but I promise I wasn’t planning to sneak out with the refrigerator!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—super friendly and warm. Breakfast was a happy start to each day, with plenty of tasty options. There were also lots of fun activities to choose from, so we were never bored. The location is just perfect. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to D’Mall and White Beach, and it’s right between Bulabog Beach and White Beach. You get to enjoy peaceful sunrises on one side and stunning sunsets on the other—all just a short walk away. Overall, such a lovely place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come back!

We are very happy on our room, with 3 ACU and 3 smart TVs our little kid wants to stay for long. All we want are there two thumbs up!

Very clean and aromatic in all of their Front lobby, corridors, restaurant, bathroom. 3. The food was great! Tasty and well presented. The service staff in the restaurant was awesome. 4. Centrally located, in between Bulabog beach and White beach. Very close to Dmall and to local food options if you are in budget too. 5. Almost all riders/drivers know about this Hotel, so we didnt have any problem getting around the island. 6. And to Miss Rachel, she rocks!!!!! Easy to communicate, well coordinated plan and timing, follow ups. Thank you so much Ferra Hotel, for our Perfect stay in Boracay
