I love how welcoming the staff are very accommodating. The receptionist were great alway attentive for our needs also the housekeeping team. They did a great job on designing the room for our 10th monthsary. This trip became memorable for him!! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

The rooftop pool was very filthy. We tried to swim but unable to tolerate the water. The bar was ok, we arrive there during happy hour as the bartender informed us its buy 1 take 1 for cocktails so we ordered 3 drinks(2x double Jameson sprite on the side & 1 white sangria) were suppose to pay 2x but we paid for 5x drinks computed it by a calculator told my bf about the amount then ask us to pay cash but we paid via credit card as we didn’t bring enough cash so we just gave him a cash tip. we forgot to get a copy of the itemize bill we only have the credit card receipt then we transferred to the normal pool and got some drink 2 drinks there but ask if we can do room charge as we encounter some issues not getting itemize bill.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. 5-10 minute walk from D'Mall

Hotel seemed confused about the billing arrangement. I was charged months in advance despite the contract saying I will only be charged 5 days before check-in. Hotel did not respond to my emails asking for an explanation. When I personally asked upon checking in, the receptionist blamed a Booking.com policy. Then I get a call saying that they were in the process of refunding the early charge, so would I like to have my card swiped again while I wait for the refund or if they should just cancel the refund process. Mercifully, this was settled on our first day and did not mar my family's vacation. Also, the bathroom door was too heavy and could slam on your hand if you weren't careful.

We are very happy on our room, with 3 ACU and 3 smart TVs our little kid wants to stay for long. All we want are there two thumbs up!

It is was just the check in, it was past 2pm already but the room still not available.

Budget friendly accommodation. The room was very beautiful and clean as well. Our stay is very comfortable. The staff are also accommodating. They even helped us with transportation to the airport because our flight is early in the morning. The location of the hotel is also very near dmall.

Although we didn’t use much the TV, the TV reception is quite bad. Also it is not recommended to leave foods in the room’s refrigerator since the they will only issue one card per room where the power supply will turn off if you go out.

1. The staff is the asset of this hotel. They went all ABOVE AND BEYOND. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accomodating. My requests were all granted that made our first time in Boracay a lasting memory to remember. Shout out to Mam Rachel. 2. Spotless and immaculate. Very clean and aromatic in all of their Front lobby, corridors, restaurant, bathroom. 3. The food was great! Tasty and well presented. The service staff in the restaurant was awesome. 4. Centrally located, in between Bulabog beach and White beach. Very close to Dmall and to local food options if you are in budget too. 5. Almost all riders/drivers know about this Hotel, so we didnt have any problem getting around the island. 6. And to Miss Rachel, she rocks!!!!! Probably the best hotel stay I have ever had! The whole hotel was spotless, spacious and beautiful. The staff were SO friendly and polite, and even let me come back to have a proper shower hours after my checkout before my flight. The beds were so comfortable, I had the best sleep of my whole trip here! Also, the food I had during my stay was delicious and all reasonably priced. Personally, I don’t think you could ask for a better location - extremely central to white beach and bulabog beach and any other activity I did was only a couple of minutes walk, but the hotel managed to be this central while still being extremely quiet and peaceful! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay, we had a fantastic night's sleep. The beds, the pillows, everything was great. We didn't sleep better anywhere on our 4 week round trip. The hotel is within walking distance of both beaches and therefore right in the heart of the tourist center of Boracay. The staff is helpful and friendly. We would stay here again. Both pools are not really made for relaxing. The indoor pool has no loungers and possibility to relax. The rooftop pool has no shade, here it is lying in the blazing sun. The breakfast leaves something to be desired. You can order a, I don't want to call it a dish, from the al carte menu. It is by far not enough for an adult person, if you want more it costs extra. The price-performance ratio is not right at all, for the price per night the breakfast is far below what you would expect.

I will start with staff and their welcoming and caring attitude. The smile and warn is unexplainable. I have to mention Nicole as she was such an amazing example what customer service is all about. I loved the way she is dealing with people and how she is super attentive to small details and anything I needed. Housekeeping was great. Every second day sheets were exchanged, towels every day and so on. It was really pleasant. Beach is 10min walk max. Mall and supermarkets are like 3 min away. Everything is close by. Vey convenient.

The part I did not like:) Visitor policy! As i was solo traveler, I booked a room for one person. Having any visitor, they are allowed to stay until 10PM. It was kinda disappointing as it is vacation place and people meet on a vacation after night out or so. Furthermore, I did have a visitor over the day and reception was calling for me to approve ( i find it a bit controlling). The worst part was that few days later I had another friend visiting and they asked him for an ID which he did not carry, so they took a picture of him from their cellphone ( IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING TO HEAR THAT). So yeah… thats the thing I didn’t like:)

Everything about my stay was superb—the room, the staff, the facilities, and the food! The quality has remained outstanding from my first visit last year to my second this year. When we experienced some internet issues with our laptops, the team went above and beyond to assist us, even though the problem was on our end. Their service is truly exceptional! I can't wait to return in December with my family!

Sadly, the rooftop pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay, so we couldn't use it. There were also some maintenance works, and the smell of paint lingered in the hallway and lobby. Thankfully, it didn’t reach our rooms!

The location is very close to the beach and the amenities. We love the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is the best. They fill you up very easily. I would definitely recommend this place if you're going to Boracay.
