For what we paid to stay on New Year’s Eve can’t be knocked. The staff were great helping us arrange airport transfers and giving information for the local hop on bus and laundry. Location was just far enough away from the noise of White Beach but close enough to walk.

The balcony doesn’t actually look into anything pretty - opposite is a derelict building so if I was to stay again and I would, I wouldn’t bother with that. As with most accommodation I’ve experienced in the Philippines, the taps and loo seats could do with a bit of maintenance of replacing.

The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a fully equipped shared kitchen to cook meals and reduce costs. The location was great - a 3-minute walk to Bulabog beach. I also appreciated the perks that came with staying in the hotel, such as access to a nearby hotel swimming pool and complimentary shot vouchers at nearby resorts.

I would have liked a room with a kitchen on the upper floor, but there was no lift. And there were no microwave ovens to heat up left overs.

Pros: Close to Bulabog beach. Room was street facing but it was quiet at night and curtains are thick so people outside cant peep inside. They have a common area where you can cook next to their lobby. STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING! They have freebie (Ohm bar gatepass and pool pass nextdoor) Somewhat cons: Cleaning is done after checkout to conserve water. Sheets and towels are given during check in and no replacement. That is okay for me coz I only stayed for 3days.

Love the staff- they're polite, helpful, friendly, and greeted us every time we come down and approach the front desk. Facilities are okay - you'll get all the basics, but it's nothing fancy because it's a budget accommodation. So, please set proper expectation. Neighborhood is quiet, clean with wide sidewalk on the main road. Cool Stay Inn is also sandwiched between two beaches, on one side, the famous White Beach, and on the other, the "Back Beach". So it's only a 5 minute walk from both beaches.

My partner said that the room was small even for two people. We don't have enough space to move around and lay out our luggage on the floor. The shower temp control was a little weird, otherwise, nothing major red flag whatsoever.

- Staff were very helpful and friendly and available at all times of the day! Definitely recommend to pay extra and arrange transport from the airport with them. There’s a lot of steps and a lot of different sellers around, incl. a bus, tourist tax, ferry and a trike so it’s worth having the staff do it all for you - good location in Boracay, 5 min walk to the D-mall and 10 mins to White Beach station 2 - room was cosy and AC worked fine

- only small thing was the amount of furniture in our room. There was a table, chairs , a fridge and a wardrobe so there wasn’t much floorspace available! I think the room would be better if there was less furniture and more free space

Location was easily accessible to the places we wanted to go. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We could leave our luggages for a few hours even after check out. Rates were reasonable for the provisions they offered. There were no major problems, and it was generally clean. For budget travelers, it's a good place for sleeping and bathing

Only issue was the shower that we opted not to use as the hose was leaking

The room is very spacious for two person. The mini kitchen included is very useful and complete utensils, from rice cooker, kettle etc., of course, the ref, tables & chairs. You can conveniently hang your wet clothes in the balcony, if you don't prefer at 4F rooftop. The accomodation communicates well via booking.com, including updating you night before the check out. I love the ambiance of the room and comfort room. It is beside a Chill Out Hostel where you can have a night out, far from the beach.

It is not located near the beach, requires walking but manageable to experience Boracay even more. The shower is very hot, we can't adjust it, not for petite individuals. But, it's okay because water is just warm.

I mean where to start. Everything was perfect for my needs. I wasn't happy with the first room and was given an upgrade. The rooms with the balcony are excellent. No luxury but great value for the price. The staff is wonderful, always polite and kind. Walking distance from both main beaches. The street can be a bit noisy but didn't bother me. At the same time you're a bit out of the busiest areas and can see kids play on the street. So a big thank you to all the staff, hope to be back soon!

I stayed 3weeks in the room with private balcony. simple bright room with sunset view. hot water, really clean, shared kitchen, super nice staff. very well located close to kitesurf spot and white beach

I enjoyed my stay at Cool Stay Inn. My room was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a kitchenette. This helped save a little money on eating out and was a welcome change. The aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. Close proximity to everything you need as well as the beautiful beaches.

A little street noise but it was manageable.
