Very clean, peaceful room. Accessible to most places like Dmall, McDonald’s,Andok’s, grocery store and many more. About less than 5mins walk to the front beach.

I wish they have a faucet outside the building to wash our Sandy feet. No floor mats to dry feet. No Shampoo or soap.

The location was perfect. The room was clean. I like that the bed and pillows were soft, so comfortable to sleep in after a day at the beach. The staff were very nice and accommodating as well.

Our room was on the third floor, so going back and forth was a bit tiring. The stairs were quite steep as well. The room was poorly lit as well, except the wash room and toilet.

Stayed at four different places during my stay on the island all around the same money this was the best by far ,nice size room and shower room.,good water pressure and hot go to the two brown boys nr by there bugger's are amazing ,recommend you stay here

There are few rooster around that do start early but not near by

The hotel is amazing, I really loved my stay here. The owner gave us a lot of helpful information before arrival without us having to ask. I felt reassured how to get to boracay and the hotel from the airport the best way and find the location. It's inbetween the two beaches, all walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and the room and bathroom very clean. There's an extra sink in the room (apart from the private bathroom) which is convenient. The mattress really is as comfy as some other guests described :) I don't like staying in "fancy" hotels, this one was low key but clean and comfortable, definitely exceeded my expectations :)

Everything was nice

The room is clean and quite spacious. Very near to main attractions in Boracay.

It’s not major, but the stair step is quite narrow. As long as you’re careful, should be fine. Also, there is no soap, shampoo and bathroom amenities, so make sure to bring it with you or you can always buy at local store very near to the hotel.

Great location at great price with loads of choices of restaurants around. Our room was quite spacious with a large king size bed which was very comfortable.

There was a blackout of about 3 hours during our first night leaving us without any electricity. Maybe install a generator in the premises to keep the lights, fans going.

I like that it’s just 5-10mins walk to D*Mall / Station 2. It’s also spacious and clean.

What I don’t like about this property is that the toilet area doesn’t have a dedicated faucet / bidet. The staffs provided a bucket and dipper but it’s still hassle to move to the shower area just to refill it with water. The shower area doesn’t have an enclosure that’s why if you’re travelling with friends or family, you cannot use the shower area and the toilet area at the same time.

The location was great and rooms are comfortable, surrounded by lots of cafes and shops nearby. For the price, would 100% stay again :)

Note that there is only stairs if you have a lot of luggage

when it’s raining path to hotel is flooded, path needs more gravel. Tv on timer and switches off every hour, couldn’t fix it . minor problem

Really nice place we extended our stay great location 2 sinks was a luxury :)

The floor was so dirty before we arrived we did arrive quite last minute in fairness, but it meant our feet were so sandy/ dirty getting in and out of bed
