Pros - wonderful comfortable large room with bathtub, wonderful roof top pool & bar, short walk from Station 2, location is peaceful & secluded & away from busy main beach area

Staff are not well versed with the fees to be paid ie whether need to pay environmental fees on return trip. Boracay is a beautiful island - but way too kany fees to be paid, and payment done in such a confused/convoluted manner - the authorities should just combine all fees into one & get just one counter for one total payment & gives tourists the option for online payment. Too many red tape & hidden costs ie Transport fees for a tricycle to/fro Caticlan airport to jetty is not the same !!!

The location was amazing and the breakfast was good. The pool was nice and the room was clean. We had a good overall experience. The front desk staff were so kind and sweet, absolutely amazing :)

Some of the hotel staff, especially the ones that were up at the pool area seemed to be constantly staring at my girlfriend and I, which made us a bit uncomfortable and not wanting to go back there to be honest.

Ferra Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Ideally located away from the crowded areas yet still accessible to most of the popular spots along the beach, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The free room upgrade was also well-appreciated. Their garden suite is highly recommended!

The staff were just so accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Especially the restaurant staff were so nice! The location was also very good, close enough to the central D’Mall area but not too close that it was quiet enough at night. There were local selections of Philippino breakfast which was a nice experience for us.

The building was a little old, which needs some renovation. The door was so thin that every conversation in the corridor could be heard. I was woken up every morning at 6-7am because kids were running around and singing in the corridor. The WiFi signal was very bad in the room and has problems connecting all the time. Some insects (spider, ants) found in the room but I guess that is part of living in a tropical area.

Amazing staff, really courteous and professional, they definitely went the extra mile. Room was a good size and bathroom was enormous especially the walk in shower. The bed was comfortable with high quality bedding that smelled really nice and fresh. Located only 5 minutes walk from DMall and another 2 minutes from White Sands beach. No buffet breakfast as everything is prepared fresh to order and good quality, I loved the cheese and ham omelette with salad so much that I had it every day. No need to look any further for your stay in Boracay as this hotel is fantastic, I will remember my stay here for the rest of my life.

Everything was perfect

The best hotel on Boracay Island! A very, very, very big thank you to Que and the entire team, whether it's the housekeeping staff, the receptionists, the restaurant staff, honestly they are all incredible. Very welcoming, very kind, adaptable and find solutions for all situations. We even had a surprise birthday party at breakfast. If we return to Boracay we will definitely return to this hotel. The room was magnificent, the breakfast was not a buffet but very, very good. I have nothing negative to say about the staff and the hotel. Another big thank you to everyone and see you soon!

I liked that the place is close to Station 2, DMall, Bolabog Beach. It isn't a beachfront hotel, however the beach is walkable from there. My room was also upgraded which is a nice plus. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. My room was very spacious and clean. The pool was also really nice.

The only thing I didn't like was not the hotel's fault but during rain showers, there is a tendency for the roads or footpaths going to the hotel to be littered with large puddles. So I would suggest to wear rubber slippers when walking these times.

I like the staff. Its very very friendly and very helpful. Many luxury hotels do not have this kind of care for the guest. I like also the cleanliness. They constantly clean the common areas, corridors and everything. The breakfast is very delicious, but you can choose only 1 kind for one person each other menü is for extra price. The bar at the top of the hotel is very good and has very good prices for cocktails.

I did not like my room location. Room number 309. The window overlooks the club behind the hotel. In the evenings, if there was a party, it was quite loud. The air conditioner was smelly, I told them to clean the filters, they responded immediately, the air conditioner technicians were there within half an hour to clean it, but you could still feel it afterwards. There is no place to spread wet bathing suits to dry.

The hotel really prides itself in the friendliness, approachable & attentiveness of all staff. This was especially from Que, Greg & Dante however the same could be said for many others! The location was great - a short 5 minute walk to the main beach / D’mall / lots of restaurants, however still secluded enough to not hear any noise. You might get woke up by the chickens nearby on a morning if you are light sleeper like myself but nothing earplugs can’t block out. The rooftop pool was big and long enough to do some lengths. There are 8 sun loungers (4 in the pool & 4 on the side) and plenty more seating on the roof if all loungers are taken. The breakfast was a la carte with lots of difference options. Everything tasted very fresh and was always made to order. We also had lunch a couple times at the hotel which was also very nice. Would definitely stop here again.

We enjoyed the location within Station 2. Situated in the middle of the island, with easy access (5 min walk) to both beach sides. Tucked down a quiet street, we had no noise issues, despite only being a few mins away from the main shopping/eating hub. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast, including a packed sandwich for when we departed for early flight, thank you! Staff are really lovely, some of the most friendly we encountered on the island. Very helpful and happy to assist with any activities you want to plan throughout your stay.

Included breakfast option is a little limiting, but we appreciate its efficiency and it was tasty.
