Nothing was too much trouble. Owners and staff were so helpful. We were in a small room but they upgraded us to a larger room, with kettle and cups. They offered their kitchen for us to use. Gave us beach towels. Young girl cooked our breakfast every morning was always smiling. This hotel was exceptional and could charge a lot more for rooms. Very close to beaches but nice and quiet as well. All staff were so friendly we felt part of the family. Well worth a stay.

Absolutely nothing. Our stay was superb.

The staff were incredible, we checked in very easily, we got beach towels everyday for free that they would clean, they would take the key for us when we went out in the day so we didn’t loose it, the room was cleaned daily, front desk helped us with tours and the best way to get to the ferry port to go home, the owner would chat with us even brought us some local dessert to try. The room was lovely and clean and perfect for us. Location was fantastic, not too close to the busy part but no longer than 5 minute walk

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and it was quite modern inside. Good water flow in shower with hot, cold water. Wifi was mostly consistent. Good sliding window so you could get fresh air when you wanted. Air conditioner and fridge relatively quiet. They are currently completing renovations to the whole building. I've stayed in several hotels in Boracay and this was the best in terms of value for money, quality and service. In a quiet area close to all conveniences.

You have to walk past shower (no shower alcove) to get to toilet but was a minor issue as floor dried quite quickly.

Everything was exactly what we wanted. Lovely clean room. Amazing staff. Amazing breakfast. Fast WiFi. Amazing location. Amazing value for money!

Cockerels were a little loud. Would be nice to have an area in the room to dry off clothes after a rainy day or swimming costume after a beach day.

Lovely and helpful staff and owner. Close to the White Beach and D’mall, but still a quiet place. The tv in the room even has channels where they were showing english-speaking movies. The breakfast was good! A good price for at good stay!

I think they were short staffed so our room got cleaned every other day, but nothing that really bothered us.

The boss was good personality,only problem he forget to give me the Ambrella !Who Cebu Pacific loose in incheck baggage ,and after complaine,send to my hotel .But Korean boss forget to give me back ! I hope he has good use of it !😁😂😁

One of my favourite hotels within my last three months of travelling. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are very accomodating and friendly. WiFi is perfect. Great location too! Would definitely stay again.

Only very minor things, but I think comfortability could be a little bit improved - notably for the desk chair and the mattress. But not a big problem. Also, a kettle in the room would also be great.. I felt guilty asking the staff for water so often, but they were friendly and always helped out with a big smile.

Friendly staff, especially the owner Ms. Sally and the service crew Ms. Josie they were so helpful. The hotel location was accessible in front and back beach near also to D mall. The hotel was so quiet i sleep nicely during my stay. Love it ❤️ see u soon next trip.

Excellent choice of breakfast 🍳 Good 👍 location.Staff were helpful and approachable.Also what impressed me most was the concern for my welfare.When l didn’t have breakfast 🍳.And stayed in my room.The staff checked l was okay 👍.

Noisy cockerel 🐓 in the morning plus.A barking dog answering him lol 😂.But in fairness the hotel 🏨 had no control over that situation.As adjoining property.And cockerels and dogs are a big part of the Philippines 🇵🇭 culture.(So as the saying goes when in Rome)etc

The loveliest staff, great breakfast, spotlessly clean throughout and our room was cleaned daily complete with cute little cats made out of towels on the bed! Such nice touches that made our stay really lovely. Amazing value for money! Excellent location as well - would highly recommend!
