We travelled around the country and the island for a few weeks. This was one of the best places we stayed. - The location is on the other side to the busy white beach. But when you say “other” side is is only a small minutes walk across the island or a Tuk Tuk was 100 pesos. This much much better to stay on this side in our opinion. It is quiet, the hotel bar is right on the beach and you have all the beach to yourself. Turn right out of the hotel and walk along the beach: it is amazing. - The food is the best we had in any hotel. You have to pay for breakfast, but is was absolutely worth it. The nearly English breakfast is the closest we had to an English breakfast while we were there - staff are fantastic. - WiFi is good - Aircon in the rooms is nice and cold - unbelievable value for money. - After touring the island, the location is the best. - One thing I would really really recommend is contacting the hotel before you arrive and asking about the transfer service from the airport. Our friends had been before and they said it was a bit confusing. You need a ride from the airport to the boat, you have to pay fees, then show you have a hotel booking then book a boat, then organise a ride the other side to the hotels. This hotel org aided everything for us completely. We arrived at the airport, guides met us, Aircon van, reserved seats on the boat, porters to carry the luggage, all paperwork pre done and personal drop of in the van…. A complete breeze…We are so pleased we did this and this would be our tip to anyone going for the first time. - place is very clean and very well looked after: you can really tell that an experienced European is involved

- the rooms a little dated and could do with a little refresh. But for the location and the price it’s a small thing. We stayed in more modern hotels during our stay and they were not as good as this one. You could call it character. - the showers in the two rooms we had were a little on the cold side. Even if we turn the heaters unto the max. I seemed to be the only one that they bothered in my family because it was very hot outside. They liked the colder shower. - there is no pool. But it is not a hotel without a pool… but worth remembering if that is important to you: the ocena is steps away where you can snorkel. This is a really really fantastic place. Great location, great food, fantastic price. I can’t see anyone who books and stays here being disappointed.

Honestly, I was sketchy at first due to the pricing of other hotels nearby. I thought this would turn into a slum; gratefully, I was very wrong! The first impression is this comfortable outdoor bar with smiling hosts who greet every guest who steps onto the premises. The front desk attendant was extremely kind and very helpful as we were a little late to get in. She helped us with all of our questions, and we were in our room in under three minutes! The room offers two queen-sized beds, a television, a three-tiered closet system, a small fridge with drinks inside (including free water), and a full-size bathroom with warm water! The beds had a solid feel and were very comfortable for me (weighing around 190 pounds) and my partner had no complaints either. The first morning we decided to see a sunrise from the beach, which is around 25 steps from the hotel entrance. The beach, although cloudy, was not crowded at all and had little to no trash across the entirety of what we had walked which was a lovely delight. The "fun" part of the island is opposite to the hotel, but only 15-minutes walk if you're okay with that. There is even a small little side-road that not too many people were aware of, the front desk should be able to point you in the right direction if you ask. The food was very decent, a solid 7/10 for someone who has eaten around the world, including multiple Michelin-rated restaurants, and I would happily enjoy some of their breakfast options again! If I do come back to the island this place will be on the top of my mind for my next visit.

The AC can be too strong but I let someone else use the controller so there might have just been lower options that they did not want to use.

Just in front of Bulabong beach (perfect for kitesurfing etc). White beach is only 5 minutes by walk. Quiet place and very kind stuff. Good dimensions of the room. Food is good.

There isn’t any glass for the shower, so water goes everywhere.

The staff were always welcoming and responded very quickly to requests and any problems. Fantastic staff. The location is on the seafront and fairly central. D'Mall is just over a 5 minute walk away where you can find lots of restaurants, supermarkets, laundry services, bakeries, bars and souvenirs and access to white beach. Our room was spacious and very well cleaned. We had a problem with the air-conditioning that was dealt with immediately so didn't become an issue. Drinking water and beach towels were provided which was super convenient. The food served at the restaurant was tasty. We especially enjoyed the pinacolada which was the best we had on the island.

Friendly helpful staff. Having a refrigerator in the room. Having a safe in the room. Location on the beach on the east side of the island which h is quieter and only a 10 minute walk to other side for better white sand beach. Beachside open air restaurant offers very good food at reasonable prices and excellent service. Water dispenser offering cold and hot water.

The TV needs to be updated to newer model as the clarity was terrible Need more hooks in room for hanging things. Bed isset too low Furniture Sofa 'Chunky cane' takes up lots of room. Table made of cane which needs a glass top as items don't sit well on uneven cane. Door needs attention as it scrapes when closing. No outdoor seating outside standard room If you are downstairs guests upstairs can be noisy if heavy footed. Too expensive at AUD $70/night without breakfast.

Great breakfast with multiple options such as American and local Tapsilog. Great beachside location with water sports on offer. Walking distance to Station 2 D-Mall or many E-trikes available for P100. Great bar area with friendly staff. Check in and check out was also very easy. Best of all, great value for money.

Warmer showers perhaps, but the temperature was always over 30 so a lukewarm shower was nice.

I liked the property because it was on the “quiet” side of the island which i was aiming for. Looking at the other clientele, they weren’t rowdy as well. I loved it because it was also the windy side of the island which kept a constant breeze as my body temp seems to can’t handle the hot temp at times. It was also a close 8-10min walk from the “busy” side of the island. All the staff was great and friendly.

There was nothing that i didn’t like about it.

food was excellent and the services were great apart from that was also the location of the property is in front of the beach that you can directly just bring only your towel and swim. we like it also there because it’s not crowded compared to stations 1,2 & 3. it’s quite peaceful.

the property is like a typical house in the Philippines made of wood with concrete cement walls. some of the wood like in the toilet area door and mirror frame made of wood were eaten by termites and there are some dust wood particles fell on the part were eaten again. it’s a common pest problem in the Philippines these termites

The staff were really accommodating to all the questions before arriving up until we checked out from Levantin. There were fewer people compared to the main beach which made my family really like the place. The rooms are spacey, clean, and worthy to stay and rest at after a tiring day. Not to mention that the beach in front is just as beautiful as the other beaches. The restaurant also serves really great food and and has kind staff as well. Would definitely recommend Levantin Boracay. If you're looking for a quiet beachfront resort with good food and good facilities, this is the place for you!

The location was just in front of the beach but you couldn't swim on it as it was rocky but still had a nice view though, there was no pool. We need to go to Station 1 if we want to swim. The room was clean, it was okay. Overall it's clean. The staff were really great, friendly and accommodating.

The only thing we don't like is the sandy paths. Our rooms always have sand inside. The path needed to be paved. The other thing we didn't like about, we asked one staff to look for my Dad's spectacles which were left behind in the small garden and they couldn't find them and my sister's 15,000 necklace was gone as well, that was left behind in the room.
