Great staff and clean. Ocean view rooms. Nice kitchen area

Humidity from the bathroom goes into the room, sticks to the ceiling and drips down. But if you close the bathroom door and turn on the fan and leave it, you're fine. But if you're having a shower in the evening, it means the fan is running. It's not too noisy but it adds up. Also, they could work on insulating the terrace doors more. The noise from the wind is something you get used to, but in the morning, people starting making noise and it does interrupt sleep.

The big windows were awesome to watch the kite surfers. The staff was very helpful and supplied all that we asked for. When they cleaned, they did a great job. (We only needed to ask them to clean.) We loved to be on the quieter side of Boracay but be able to walk to the White Beach and D'Mall. Lots of great restaurants and activities close by. The beauty and the simplicity of the room was delightful.

Couldn't really use the TV but it wasn't too big of a deal.

If you are a kiteboarder and/or just want to be on the quieter side of Boracay, this is a fantastic stay option. Out of 6 hotels I've stayed in Boracay, Palassas is my favourite. Location right on the water of Bulabog (kitebeach) with its layed back vibe, but only 10 min walk to D'mall & white beach for hospitality/party. Absolutely exceptional service from both reception and security.

Decor of rooms is spot on. Loved the feel that the place has to it. Great location and also perfect balcony for sunrise and the morning sun. The accomodation provides some beach towels and a picnic blanket for you in your room free to use which is handy. It is a 10 min walk to D'Mall and Station 2. Tricycles and a hop on hop off bus stop 2 mins walk away. We visited the nearby bar/ restaurant 2 Brown Boys twice during our visit. If you walk a few hundred meters to the right of the accommodation away from the transport options it feels like a private beach.

The WiFi process seemed rather complicated rather than just receiving a username and password to log in with. It wouldn't work on my phone. Luckily enough I didn't need it

The ground level room was really comfortable and only a few steps from the beach. We really enjoyed staying on this side of Boracay, it was more peaceful than staying on the white beach side, but still only a 10 minute walk away. The staff were lovely and happy to make up your room on request. We would stay here again.

We were really satisfied with the hotel. Placed just by the beach looking at kite surfers is a nice start to the day. But expect wind on this side of the island. But station 2 and D-Mall is just a 10 min walk away. The hotel is perfect for families and the rooms are very nice. We can really recommend this stay! And the staff went far and beyond to meet our needs.

Beachfront; available mat for chilling by the beach

Our room has its own entrance which means it is not guarded, although for other rooms, you need to pass by the counter. Unless you want a beachfront view, opt for the higher floors

The location - you're right off the the beach! Looks like an art museum with all the arts and decor which adds sophistication to the interior. Staff were approachable and nice. Lots of pillows! Room smells nice when you entered and they have a backup power too in case of outages! Love the the ambient and mood lights! They have beach mat and towels available for guests too! I did notice that they have alcohol and facemask for guests- which was very thoughtful

I noticed that the tv rack/storage were dusty.

this is the first time that i’ll write a review in booking.com because i was really satisfied with our stay here and i hope they maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. this place by far is the cleanest room we’ve ever been in, even more pristine than the 5 star hotels we’ve been to. as someone na namamahay whenever i sleep in other places, this is the most comofortable room ive been in. maybe it’s new, pero ang linis talaga! hindi ka maaasiwang kumilos. the bed is also so fresh and new. hindi nakakakilabot higaan. the only downside is mejo mahina ang wifi, but no worries cos malakas naman data. the room we had was ground floor and overlooking the beach, it was the best! the staff are very friendly and accommodating as well, the most approachable front desk staff, talagang ieexplain muna nang mabuti ang mga bagay bagay which i alppreciate. there are very few restos nearby, but no biggie cos this is only walking distance from station 2 as well. the beach? altho not as clear and sand not as white as the other side (stations 1-3), hindi naman katulad ng stations 1-3 na sobrang crowded, so we rlly appreciate the location and maeenjoy talaga yung nature, parang solo mo buong beach. we were sad to stay for only 2 nights, cos i was rlly comfortable and satisfied with the room.

I like everything there from the staff, the room, and the view. They are very accomodating to our queries and request. Very relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Though they mentioned it already that their location is in the other side of the island i didn't expect that it is quite far. A good 30 min walk to white beach. It could been better if there are multicabs waiting there or at least they can arrange shuttle service.
